Santa Rosa Dental Care

I had a wonderful experience here today. As someone who is hard of hearing, I often feel rushed or misunderstood in medical settings, but this team was incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure I fully understood my treatment plan before moving forward. On top of that, they were so gentle during the actual procedure. Highly recommend them for their patient-centered care!

So far, I've only had a checkup and am still deciding how to begin treatment. But everything was wonderful. The entire staff was very attentive and friendly, especially Dr. Jake S. Rames and his assistant Tanya. Thank you.

I honestly had an amazing experience with the staff and the place in general. This was my first time going to this dentist office and they made me feel comfortable and safe. I’m just so happy to have a good dentist since my last wasn’t very pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My appointment was scheduled for today, 11/24/2025 at 11am. When I arrived I was notified that my appointment had been canceled. When I asked why I was informed due to the increased volume of cancelations and no shows they had been receiving they now require you to confirm your appointment 24hr prior to the scheduled appointment. They also stated they called me on the 19th and left a voicemail. The only call I received that day was from a potential spam number area code 844. I did not answer the voicemail I received only said if this is first and last name press 1 if not press 2. The voicemail said nothing about confirming my appointment with Santa rosa dental care or else the appointment would be canceled. Even all the auto text message didn't not state my appointment was canceled even the day of. I've been going to Santa rosa dental care for over 10years super disappointed how down hill this office has gone. When Dr. Landeros left all the good staff did too. I have surgery in January that required dental clearance and now I have less than 5 weeks during the holidays to find a new dentist. So sad they are canceling appointments for patients who show up to their appointments. If someone is a no show bill them and take it out on them don't cancel a patients appointment because you don't realize the severity of some of your patients appointments. I never received a text stating my appointment had been canceled but they texted me all this other shit. Don't even try to speak with their "manager" Kiley as she's always in meetings and will never return your call. Great business you guys are running. Extremely disappointed. If you want horrible customer service, unprofessional receptionists and long wait times this is the place to go. Then the ordasity to send another text to give you 5 stars for the appointment that you canceled was absolutely hilarious.

I needed to switch providers and have been impressed. Convenient location with parking & a clean, professional office. The staff is welcoming and pleasant and Elizabeth is a wonderful hygenist: she is gentle, made sure I was comfortable and is very informative with how I can improve my home routine to maintain my teeth and gums. Very happy

I have no idea how this place is in business! Save your money go somewhere else. The dentist took a crown off, then decided that the tooth was not viable and needed to be pulled. I want to add that the reason I came to this dentist as a new patient to get established. I had no problems with any of my teeth until they started touching them. I had to come back see a surgeon who wanted to charge me like $1800. I got them down to about $600 but now they keep sending me invoices because they were not aware that my insurance would not pay for a consult… I expect them to understand my insurance they should’ve informed me of this. I had zero choice because they only have the dental surgeon come in once a month and my temporary was not going to last another month. I’m definitely going to send a complaint to the state of California to have this place thoroughly investigated! RUN AWAY!!!!

Clean, modern, thorough. Took 18 x-rays and photos. And my blood pressure! The music was too loud in the lobby but the staff was delightful. Glad to have found them.
