My dad took my almost 2-year-old son for his first dental appointment 🦷, and he had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chau 😊. She was very friendly, patient, and gentle with him 👶. You can really tell she cares about her patients ❤️. She even gave my son a few small gifts 🎁, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the visit extra special. I totally recommend her! 👍

Dr. Norman Chau, hero to many, including myself, has retired after 30 years . I might add, that the day after he retired at the end of September, Norman and Gail's first grandson was born!!! What a gift! Thankfully, Brandie and Erica have remained and joined with the new Dr.so the beat goes on. Dr. Guadalupe Papalotzin, formerly of Redwood Family Denistry, has taken over this highly respected practice. She comes with a reputation of kindness, caring and gentleness. Wishing her the very very best!!!! Much love to Brandie and Erica.... Dr.Chau, thank you kind sir. I will miss you.

Nice staff and good experience with basic dental services.

When you get to be my age smile can change rapidly and teeth can break, decay or just fall out. God Blessed me and placed this dentist in my path. Professional, kind, efficient and staff so nice. The office is busy all the time but I never felt like they made me wait. Major changes can be traumatic and extractions can be brutal and mine was none of these. I went on a Monday feeling better on Wednesday. After care directions were clear and staff checked in with me on my way out. I left a message on their voicemail one night after hours distraught that my front teeth had broken due to what I ate and they followed up with me and really took care of me. I can't say how grateful I am and I suspect I will always be. Thank you to the Doctor and staff for being a positive solution to a challenging pivotal part of my life .. God Bless

Didn't even look in my mouth and charged my insurance for a full exam. Seems fraudulent to me. Dont settle for this BS

Pleasant office environment. Chau gave barely any feedback at my exam. I returned a week later for a cleaning and he spent 15 minutes and they felt no different afterwards. I don't think dentists have cleaned teeth in years and years. I had not been to the dentist in 8 years. Needless to say I will not be returning.

In a little over seven and half months get remainder of bad teeth removed, got fitted for dentures, came in twice to twerk the dentures. There was no rushing, the Dr did all the work masked with gloves. Short on Chit-chat, focused and made it painless. He has no record of lawsuits and his staff makes you feel taken care of. It is a very professional group , if a little old fashion on the paper filing system:)
