Customer service is a bit rough and unprofessional, I understand this is a low income dentist office so I don’t expect too much from this office, many of these assistants are students but I feel under this profession they should hold themselves to a higher standard and provide the best possible customer experience. My visit with Dr. Kamelia Ahmadi was 2025 beginning of last year she was very helpful and professional while assisting me with fillings she took her time providing me with proper care and I felt comfortable to ask her questions she noticed a crack in my front tooth during my check up she asked if I had been seen by other dentist offices and I said no I only come to this office and she stated I had a crack in my tooth looked at her assistant and asked if she had noticed that and the assistant replied no and stated like it wasn’t me and Dr. kindly offered to fix it for me my next appointment because she said it will turn black and she was worried for me. I decided not to show up for that appointment due to fear of having that spot whiter than the rest of my teeth so I never went in. Fast forward my insurance covers me 1 checkup a year so I went beginning of this year 2026 and the doctor checking my teeth was very concerned about the front tooth mentioned in my 2025 visits from the first Dr. Ahmadi but Dr. Moshtaghi said it was a cavity and stressed I need to brush and floss twice a day which is understandable as to why she’d have that concern if she deemed it as a cavity so I said okay made sure I knew which teeth were her concerns and she said we will keep an eye on these teeth on my right and the front because there is blackness and cavities forming but if you brush and floss they may go away, she did my cleaning in a rush and jabbed my gums a couple times and she took it was I was feeling tooth pain and said something but obviously I couldn’t respond with them working inside my mouth but she kept jabbing me in a rush she wasn’t being very careful and this office is almost always in a rush during cleanings and fillings I’m almost sure I got the crack in my tooth from them and their lack of care with those tools, after that I was left alone with the assistant and she did the polish on my teeth after cleaning was done I talked to this assistant about my concerns from what was stated before about the crack in my front tooth and that the doctor I had seen before told me it was going to turn black and this assistant was almost immediately frustrated with my questions about my teeth she just kept telling me it’s not a crack it’s a cavity so I kindly pointed to the spot I’m referring to and she said yes I know right there and pointed at me and said it’s a cavity so she claimed she didn’t see it, denied the crack, then said yes she sees it ??? while pointing right at it micro aggressively and I just kept trying to explain what the doctor before said and how she knew it was going to turn black and how she offered to fix it and this assistant crossed her arms looked at me and just kept going on about it’s a cavity you need to floss and told me don’t chew so hard when I eat and I responded back exactly what she said dumbfounded "don’t chew so hard?" and she explained "yeah don’t chew so hard like when I eat I chew softly and slow so I don’t break or chip a tooth" and gave an apple as an example. After that I was thinking okay this lady is kind of uneducated to answer my questions and I went sort of mute and let her schedule my next checkup. I felt so ashamed to ask about my OWN TEETH and wanting to understand what the heck is going on because she was so impatient and rude with answering any of my questions. She was unprofessional and I didn’t feel comfortable around her or want her anywhere near my face after this encounter I don’t know her name and hardly seen her face due to that mask she had on but she was a bigger girl she was working alongside Dr. Moshtaghi feb 13. 3:00pm. Maybe hire more educated and professional staffing who put time and care into their profession.

I had a great experience at Calidental today. Dr. Alireza Poursayah was amazing, very kind, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. He explained everything clearly and took great care of my teeth. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming. I’m really happy I found this office and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

My initial visit to CaliDental was a spectacular event! Never expected to EVER say that about a visit to the dentist! (smile) However, I was more than impressed by the facility and by the people. It remains to be seen, of course, whether my ability to follow up with all the doctor's recommendations within time constraints makes it all possible. My introduction to CaliDental was a 100% success, as far as I am concerned. Alexander Pope, in his poem "An Essay on Man," didn't seem to be sure that hope was very dependable, but CaliDental and its people gave me hope that I will be pleased and happy with the results of what is planned. ~~~~~~~~~~ Hope springs eternal in the human breast: Man never is, but always to be, blest. ~~~~~~~~~~ Maybe hope is a bit more dependable for Woman, and CaliDental folks will ensure that this Woman will be blessed, in spite of Mr. Alexander Pope sour thought! My first time getting dentil work in 5 years. Had to reschedule my appointment 1 time because I was going to missed it. And talking on phone with the callers were super easy and helpful. Front desk check in was super easy. Getting my exam. And teeth clean. All in my first visit. Wow. Nice inside. Waiting room pretty good size. Great people all around.

All of staff and dentist very nice people, gentle with x ray. Very helpful about pricing as well, I have never seen anyone else except my moms, she retired so going somewhere else was a worry. Mouth and teeth are very sensitive to tools. And x rays. Office very nice and light. Did not have a wait really 10 minutes maybe. I felt comfortable so five stars

I really enjoyed my recent experiences with Cali Dental they were very welcoming open and have a very nice environment they have great cleanliness on top of that they keep appointments on time and care very much they do not lag at all .. and most of all they do not hold out on the numbing .. the staff are very nice and very polite .. the atmosphere is a ten out of ten I recommend this place to anyone trying to get work done and keep there smile looking there best. Not just that I had a root canal done recently expecting pain. Was I wrong. They made me feel completely comfortable.
