Dr. Amer and his Santa Cruz Smiles team are top notch. We researched, and visited, a few of the local Santa Cruz Orthodontists with Dr. Amer's office offering the most genuine and individualized feel. We love that Dr. Amer is staying away from the factory-feel that many orthodontists offices are seeming to adopt by lining up as many back-to-back patients as possible leaving the doc running up and down a line of chairs. Our daughter was very anxious about getting braces and Dr. Amer and his team picked up on this immediately. They gave her real connections and spoke with her so caringly and patiently giving her the worry-free confidence that she needed. The prior offices seemed too overwhelmed to even remember her name :/. I've watched Dr. Amer with several of his other patients over our several visits and this genuine caring is baseline at Santa Cruz Smiles. Definitely interview Dr. Amer and his office before making any decisions!

Dr Amer and his staff are not only amazing at what they do, they are incredible people. Half way through my treatment I had to move out of state. Dr Amer accommodated me with last min appointments and thorough care every time. Special thanks to Angelica his office manager, she is amazing! You will be in the very best of hands should you choose treatment with Dr Amer and his staff.

Dr. Amer took GREAT care of my daughter. He made her feel comfortable, made sure she knew what to expect every step of the way and he was always super friendly with a huge smile on his face. She loved him and the whole process was a breeze.

Been working with Dr. Amer for over a year now and so far I enjoy how aligned my teeth are. Still have 6 months to go but for now i think they (the whole crew) deserve 5 star.

Dr. Hesham Amer is very knowledgeable in this field and he is very kind and informative. He really wants you to have a nice smile more than just getting your $$$. He was very helpful in allowing me to make payments and he extended my treatment to perfect my teeth alignment. He always has a smile on his face, so you get your teeth fixed and great customer service.
