I had an outstanding experience at iSmile. From the moment I walked in, the front desk is warm and efficient. The office is modern, yet with a Zen atmosphere, clean and comfortable. My recent crown procedure at iSmile was smoother than I anticipated. Dr. Lombard and her assistant talked to me through every step, ensuring I was comfortable. Dr.Lombard was extremely gentle and kind. Dr.Lombard attention to detail and skill is evident the crown fits perfectly and looks natural. The entire team is professional, compassionate, and skilled. A top-notch dental practice!

The staff at iSmile are such kind and accepting people. At the time of my first visit, I hadn't been to a dentist in over a year and was super anxious about being embarrassed or berated! I was pleasantly surprised by how nice EVERYONE was for my first consultation and cleaning in a while. I went back to get an old filling fixed, and that experience was great as well. As somebody who was a lot of anxiety surrounding medical procedures, everyone was super accommodating and the whole experience was relatively painless! Lastly, Kenzie is the sweetest! So kind and welcoming, and above all, she is fantastic at her profession. I look forward (as much as one can) to my upcoming wisdom tooth removal with iSmileSpa!

It had been years since I had seen a dentist and dental assistant this kind. Doctor Amber Lombard is amazingly efficient & kind and leaves no questions unanswered, and Assistant Desiree is so personable and really made the 4 hours fly by. It has been awhile since I have seen the kindness and professionalism displayed by both, and they really made an anxious visit turn into an enjoyable Saturday experience! For that I am thankful. If you have any scares or initial concerns of dental work, this really is a place to consider.

Very happy with the care I received. Dr. Amber did a fantastic job, efficient, comfortable, friendly and professional. I was dreading the idea of getting two crowns, they made it as pleasant as it could be. Crowns fit and feel perfect.

They are very personable and like other dentists don't try to sell you work you don't actually need!! Me and my boss both quit our last santa cruz dentist for the same reason! I tell all my customers about I smile spa! They can make a perfect crown in 20 minutes. One stop shopping. I'm 70 and I'm a happy camper!

Being clinically diagnosed with severe PTSD, I came in very nervous as I would with anything. But the staff here are so warm and friendly while maintaining the utmost professionalism that I was at ease. After several visits, what was normally something that was extremely difficult for me for no justifiable reason; everything from the warm hearts of the staff, the relationship they build with you, their genuine concern for your unique personal situation and how they can help, the dentist is now just another appointment on the calendar. Not only nothing to be afraid of, but something to look forward to as a great learning experience from such knowledgeable professionals and the relationships you develop with the kind folks over at iSmile.

Fantastic experience! My daughter had a few cavities, and although children don’t usually get seen in this location, they agreed since my daughter is well behaved. They treated her like a princess, listened to her jokes, and even did the cheek wiggle when giving the numbing shot for her cavity procedure! I haven’t see anyone do this since I lived on the east coast and went to an amazing dentist there! Excellent experience and my daughter still LOVES the dentist!!! Win/win!
