Dientes Community Dental, Commercial Way

I was very disappointed with the level of service and lack of consideration shown at this facility, especially toward individuals with mobility challenges. My mother, who uses crutches, was made to stand for several minutes while trying to schedule an appointment. Despite her visible discomfort, no one offered assistance until she expressed her pain; at which point she was finally told she could sit down. Even then, the front desk staff chose to help another person first, fully aware of her condition. My mother left in tears, in significant pain, feeling completely disregarded. As her daughter, I went inside to speak with the staff about how she was treated. Shortly after, my mother called to book her appointment, only to be met with a dismissive and rude attitude from the receptionist, seemingly in response to my having addressed the issue. To make matters worse, the manager later called my mother and completely dismissed her experience, denying any wrongdoing and taking no accountability for the lack of compassion or professionalism shown. The response was not only disappointing, but also invalidating an unfortunate example of how not to handle concerns from patients who are simply asking to be treated with basic respect. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that this prompts a closer look at staff training, patient care, and how accessibility needs are handled.

I absolutely love this office the staff are always so amazing and ive been traumatized buy so many different dentist and this one is the best they will work with you and figure out a solution that works best for you

My recent appointments on March 21st and March 29th were a major turn around compared to my awful experience on January 3rd of this year. My appointment on the 21st was a excellent experience. The dentist and the assistant were exceptional. They were always checking if was okay, they were caring. The process was quick and done right. My appointment on the 28th was for a cleaning. The woman who cleaned my teeth was friendly and was educating and down to earth. It was nice being treated like a human being. Excellent appointment.

My previous message was not my intended reply (I rarely text and often hit the wrong keys when I do). I am fortunate to have access to Dientes, where, with few exceptions, I think the staff are competent and friendly. One suggestion -- the automated outgoing message should say "Press 2 for Spanish" instead of making callers (English or Spanish-speaking) wait twice as long while the entire outgoing message is spoken in both languages. Thanks, Dientes, for excellent service with modern equipment.

I have a very hard time with PTSD because of something I went through and hospitals bring out the worst. My last trip there was very difficult and the crew made me feel more comfortable and we got through the process, but if it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have got the Dental done that I did last visit. I had three extractions and it was very difficult. So I want to say you guys are always excellent Your crew excellent. You guys have gone the extra hundred miles for me

Front desk staff who make appointments need additional training! It’s been a night mare since Sept . 2024 with getting appointments in a reasonable time frame . Took 4 months to get 3 appt for teeth extractions .At first appt. They cancelled cause the staff wrote down the wrong service . No apology! Second appt. Wasn’t even booked although they booked with us. 4 month wait for this crap. 3rd appt was ok. Although they made 2 mistakes , no one wanted to make it better have to wait another month for 2 more appts. Heard staff talk about a client -not good!!!!

This dental office was amazing from scheduling to the procedure. All I can say is wow! Especially after experiencing such a traumatic and discouraging dental appointment elsewhere in Watsonville, this place was absolutely amazing. Super professional and super kind. The staff made me and my daughter feel comfortable throughout her visit. Their attention to detail and patient care is outstanding. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality dental care in a welcoming environment.
