Zak Dental - Santa Barbara

I went in for my appointment at Zak Dental with Dr. Knold, and he was great—such an awesome dentist. He explained everything clearly and has excellent bedside manner. Melissa, the office manager, helped me at the front with scheduling appointments and answering all my questions about insurance and copays. She’s incredibly kind and you can tell she truly enjoys her job. Patty was a great assistant very warm and happy. I also really enjoyed the virtual exam—way better than regular exams, and I loved having my own treatment person. I give this place a 10 hands down. Such an awesome office!

I had a wonderful experience at Zak Dental. Melissa at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful while I was figuring out my treatment plan, and the whole office had such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Natalie also helped me reschedule my appointment and printed everything I needed—everyone was so helpful and organized. I especially enjoyed the virtual exam; it felt very private and informative. I love the new technology they’re using!

I just moved to SB and was lucky enough to find this office and to give it a try! This is SUCH a great office great staff, I couldn’t be any happier with my experience! Melissa helped me with all of my forms and scheduling multiple appointments. The office is super clean and friendly. I am definitely recommending this office to all of my family and friends!

Dr. Asadorian was very knowledgeable and experienced. He completed my extraction and bone graft successfully and was responsive to the pain it caused. The staff of the surgery center was especially courteous and helpful in answering my questions. The technology used during the appointment process was hassle free, even though I was apprehensive at first. Also, I had a long commute for a late afternoon procedure, but they were able to get me in early for which I appreciated.

A huge thank you to Office Manager Melissa for doing such an incredible job coordinating and accommodating my dental appointment— especially while the office was short-staffed after the Christmas holiday. Her dedication, commitment, and the way she balanced being both personable and professional truly made a difference. Dr. Knold and RDA Patty, I sincerely appreciate your exceptional care, professionalism, and the genuine attention you bring to every visit. Grateful for such an amazing team — thank you all!

I haven’t been to the dentist in a while due to previous issues with them but Zak Dental is very welcoming! Veronica (office manager) and Nataly (front desk) are always helpful. Nataly is my former co-worker and I know her work ethic is always amazing! My only downside is that you meet the dentist virtually, but there were no connection issues. Gina waited with me through google meets so we can make sure that my next appointment was scheduled asap. Overall, I will continue going here.

There was a mixup with my appointment (correct day, wrong month) and I was leaving town the following week but Melissa at the front desk made it happen! All the staff were very accommodating and I am grateful to them for squeezing me in.
