Rigby Dental is truly amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so patient, kind, and welcoming. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable at any point. I had Andrie as my dental hygienist, and she deserves all the praise. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me often to make sure I was okay, and worked with so much care. You can tell she really loves what she does and genuinely cares about her patients. I honestly felt like I was in the best hands the whole time. The whole team made my visit stress-free, and I’m so grateful. If you want a dental office that treats you with kindness and professionalism, Rigby Dental is it. And if you can, definitely ask for Andrie — she’s amazing and absolutely deserves a bonus for the way she goes above and beyond!

I had a great experience today at Rigby Dental. We were treated with kindness and respect. We asked lots of questions and all were answered.Dr Rigby was very thorough in explaining what the treatment would be and what we needed to do to get the results we wanted. Erin our Treatment Coordinator was especially helpful. She also has answered all our questions and concerns. I am excited to get my New Smile.

After 17 years with my first set of Veneers that Dr Rigby placed it was time to replace them. The second set is even more beautiful. I want to call out his Dental Assistant Elli who was such a joy, she made me feel calm during the whole process and made sure that the procedure was done in a timely manner. She really deserves a raise because she does an outstanding job and should be recognized for it! Dr Rigby is the best and I always highly recommend him.

The staff is really nice and patient, and they have a lot of new technology that I was impressed with. To make a night guard, they use a 3D scanner instead of that gross foam. They also have nice portable X ray machines that are comfortable to be Xrayed by, and different cleaning tools. They use Ai to assess the X Rays, which I am usually not a fan of. But the techs and doctors don't trust the AI automatically, they just use it as a guide, and often they decide a spot was an artifact/incorrect, and they also find spots that the Ai didn't identify, so they're definitely using it judiciously and as a tool. I usually see Andrie and she is so fantastic. I love talking to her about all of the cool technology and just chatting about life. Today I saw Heidi and she was also great. Both do a really thorough job on the cleaning and are very kind. Both have been very gentle and check in with me about how sensitive my teeth are. I brought my mouth guard in and Heidi put it in a fancy cleaning machine during my appointment. They both have gone above and beyond The dentist I like best is Dr. Knight, she checks for neck and oral cancers by feeling all around your lips and tongue, I really appreciate that. She also checks your TMJ for clicking/popping. I've never had a dentist do either, but I wish more would! The front desk staff is really great too. I brought my old insurance card and it took me a long time to figure out what insurance provider I have. Izzy was super patient and helpful, and she was able to get me in to the next available appointment after I'd located my insurance. I'd highly recommend this office.

Friendly and professional staff! Andrie was great!! She was very attentive to my questions and concerns. She made me feel at ease and was caring about any pain during my visit. (My 8 year old also visited a few weeks ago and she had a very good experience with Andrie) Thank you Rigby Dental!

This is the best dentist clinic I’ve ever been to. The management team, receptionists and mainly my hygienist Valeria. Since I’ve lived in Utah, I have tried 5 different offices and this is by far the best one not only in Utah but comparing the ones I used in California!

I am in my 60's and still dread every trip to the dentist, and I have been to a lot of them over the years. This was by far the best experience I've ever had needing a tooth repair. The dentist was quick, smooth and efficient. If you are afraid to go to a dentist like I have been all of my life, try this location.
