I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Patel and his team. From the moment I walk in, the staff is always warm and friendly, making every visit feel personal and stress-free. Dr. Patel truly takes the time to understand my needs and provide thoughtful, personalized care. Their new office is spotless and modern, and they’re excellent at managing appointments — everything always runs smoothly and on time. I genuinely feel well taken care of here and couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Dr. Patel, all the dental hygienists, and the front office staff are all patient, caring, and professional. They handle procedures with the utmost gentleness and are thorough and thoughtful in their treatment. The new office is really beautiful, state of the art, and meticulously clean. Never thought I would enjoy my dentist visits, but I really do thanks to this team of great people!

San Ramon Dental Excellence does a wonderful job, from support at the front desk, to cleaning my teeth, to my examination and work done by Dr. Hakim. They are all knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I highly recommend Dr Hakim and his staff.

I had a teeth cleaning scheduled. I arrived and I was immediately escorted to the Exam room. The hygienist asked me if I had any allergies to medication as well as latex gloves. She read my file and asked me if I wanted to hold the suction , which I always do, and she proceeded to clean my teeth. She told me if there was any discomfort or pain and she needed to stop for any reason to let her know. She didn't hurt my mouth while trying to clean my teeth although she cleaned them nicely, she was not so aggressive to wear my teeth hurt when I came home. It was the first time that I had seen this particular hygienist and she did a great job. She was also very nice making it a nicer experience. While still in the exam room she scheduled my next cleaning gave me my bag of goods and I was able to leave without stopping at the front desk. The office is very efficiently run and Dentists and staff are great! Highly recommend😊

Dr. Patel replaced my old crown with a new one. The procedure was handled perfectly. The entire staff is courteous and professional. A+ highly recommend this company.

I have seen Dr. hakim for over 20 years. He has always provided excellent dental care. He is very professional, and has done extensive and complex dental work for myself and my family over the years. I’m extremely happy not only with the dental care but also with the kindness and compassion of Dr. Hakim and every member of his staff towards their patients. My 20+ year journey for Dental Excellence! Since moving to the Bay Area some 20+ years ago, I visited many dentists, specialists for Implants and even a University Dental Clinic…. during my journey I never received good dental care…. Until I found Dr. Patel and his Team! Since approximately one and a half years I am in treatment with Dr. Patel. My ‘big project’ included: several implants in the lower and upper jaws, a sinus lift, some bone grafts… in short: a complete dental restoration. My experience during this time is as follows: - He does not hesitate to take on ‘difficult’ cases. - All treatment is done by him… it is not subcontracted to external dental surgeons, etc. - High quality work – he has very skilled hands and is striving for perfection. - He (and his team) are taking care of you – professional and friendly. - My restorations are fully functional and are aesthetically pleasing. - The prices are competitive.
