I went to this facility on September 5, 2025 as a Kaiser member as she was listed as being in their network. She examined my teeth, took x-rays and told me I needed a root canal. At that point the appointment was complete and she then informed me the charge was $120.00 as she was not in the network. This was totally dishonest on her part. Now I still need a root canal and have to ensure that the dentist is in the Kaiser network - not a "happy camper"!

This review is not directed at Dr. Wang, but at the front desk staff. I am a new patient, and my experience with the front desk has been extremely frustrating due to poor communication. I have called the office at least four times just to schedule a basic dental appointment. The first time I called, the front desk staff told me to text a photo of my insurance card to a phone number so he could proceed. I sent the information but never received any response. After two weeks, I called again. I explained that I wanted to schedule an appointment, and he told me he would call me back within an hour, then hung up. I never received a call back. When I called a third time, he finally scheduled an appointment and said he would email me the new patient form after the call and that I needed to send over my recent X-rays. However, I never received any email. This morning, I called for the fourth time to follow up on the patient forms. I was told again that the forms would be sent within an hour, and the call ended. Now, more than five hours have passed, and I still haven’t received anything. The lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely frustrating, and it makes it very difficult for a new patient to get started with this office.

Wonderful dentist: professional, attentive, and kind. I would visit four times a year if I could!

I cracked a tooth. Dr. Wang got me in the next morning, and had a temporary crown installed before noon. She was gentle and considerate with a difficult and painful procedure. It's not often I leave a dental office with a smile, but Dr. Wang managed to do just that. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Wang as a superlative dentist.

Best dentist i have seen. Very patient and the charge is reasonable.
