Helen Hong has always treated her patients with care and professionalism. The front office staff are pleasant and polite. I have only positive things to say about this office after coming here for years.

Dr. Hong was my dentist while I was living in San Mateo. I have since moved and become a dentist myself. As a dentist now, I have an even greater appreciation for the clinician and provider she was to us. We had always loved her and her office - she’s a conservative doctor who treats you like she would her own family. She helped me greatly with my TMJ then, and it still impacts me positively today. I highly recommend her!

The front desk lady was NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, not sure how she entered this industry loll. She has no clue what she was doing. Messed up everything.

no teeth cleaning was done. they said do teeth cleaning at follow up appointment. no follow up appointment was offered. unbelievably extremely low care, incompetence and neglect.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this spot the front desk is disrespectful and lowkey racist, leaving behind disrespectful comments in their (Asian language) thinking no one will understand and even then I left from Dr.Hong office in a lot of pain only to find out a week later that in the Emergency room that it’s been infected due to lack of proper treatment. Ive lived in different states and dealt with various medical providers this has to be the worst experience

All of the staff at Dr. Hong’s office were very welcoming. I have an anxiety of seeing the dentist, especially with my fear of drowning, but the dental hygienist was caring and made sure I’m ok. One more good thing about their service is that they show you the cost upfront which helps you make informed decisions about your upcoming appointments. I definitely recommend seeing them!

Debbie is the best dental hygienist. She was really thorough and has a kind and calm demeanor. She made the experience a lot easier for someone like me who have so much angst about going to the dentist. Also, she did not try to shame me about the excessive plagues on my teeth. Despite the fact that I did all the required dental care steps at home everyday, plagues are still a problem for me. Unlike other hygienists I had, Debbie never commented this as an issue. So appreciative of her professionalism.
