I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jon and his staff. We came in because our newborn was struggling with latching and feedings, and we discovered he had a lip tie and tongue tie. Dr. Jon was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind, and took excellent care of our baby during the procedure. What truly stood out was how he personally followed up afterward to check on us and offer more guidance — it showed how much he cared and wanted the best for my son. The staff is also amazing, they’re patient and kind and caring with both my boys. We are so grateful and highly recommend this office!

Dr. Jon and Dental Assistant Sarah were absolutely wonderful with my son. They were so kind, patient, and reassuring, which made the entire visit a positive experience. Their gentle approach and genuine care really put both of us at ease. We’re very grateful for such a caring team and highly recommend them.

Probably the best pediatric dentist around. We drove 2 hours just to come get our daughter seen for a fractured tooth and they were so patient and caring for her. They were all very friendly, would recommend to every family around!

I could not say enough great things about Pediatric Dentistry of San Angelo. The staff is incredible and Dr. Hernandez is truly a God sent. Our 3 year old daughter had an unexpected dental emergency. He and his amazing assistant met us in less than 20 minutes at his office on a Saturday morning without hesitation. He makes our children feel comfortable and explains what he is doing in a way they will understand. I could go on and on but overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist and friendly staff!

When my toddler experienced a dental emergency on a Saturday, Pediatric Dentistry opened their doors to help. Not only did they go out of their way, they did a fantastic job treating my child. It’s clear that they have a passion for helping children! We will be returning, for sure.

We’ve been patients here for several years, but unfortunately, our experience took a very disappointing turn today. Our family was dismissed as patients due to "multiple cancellations since 2017." Most of those cancellations were related to legitimate illnesses or well before 24 hours. Ironically, our kids were just seen August 18 for back to school cleanings, and nothing was mentioned then about any issues or possible dismissal. We’ve also had an open referral since September 22 for my daughter to have a tooth pulled, and despite asking several times via their texting system there’s been no follow-up from their office. Today my son broke a molar. They worked us in for a 9:30am appointment only to be called while we pulled into the parking lot we were told we were being let go as patients. It felt abrupt and unfair, especially considering the circumstances and our long history with this office. We’ve always appreciated the care our children received from the hygienists and staff, but the way this situation was handled by the new dentist and front desk was extremely disappointing. Families with kids get sick — that shouldn’t be grounds for being "fired" by your pediatric dentist.

My daughter broke her two front teeth, I can’t not give Dr. Hernandez and his staff enough praise or thanks to express how amazing they did… they gave her back her smile and confidence, they are amazing and love what they do.
