My first experience was good.i returned for a crown, can't say things went five star! Ill do four. The cost of nitrus oxide is ( TWICE THE LOCAL AVERAGE!) I did call around. The work is EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL! So whatever!

I DO NOT recommend this place at all! I went for a first time patient visit. They didn't tell me I needed xrays and the rep at the front got an attitude when my dentist said it will take them 30 minutes to email them over, when they didn't tell me to send them when I made my appointment over 2 months ago. That was a flag that ignored as well as numerous things. They offered me a bridge or an implant and I declined, I've expressed that I didn't want those. I Spoke with the female dentist, she told me that she would call the lab to see what they could do about me getting a partial denture. I was told they would get back to me the next day. They reached back out, didn't have a clue about what I asked or was getting or the details, about 5 days later only to tell me they couldn't do the flexi or the cast metal??? When in fact they can be done. I don't know what is going on up there but something is off. They called me 4 times ( Kirsten) Call #1 - we can't get your partial back to you until next year, I asked okay when next year, uh I dont know. I said Okay can you find out? Also can you tell me what the partial would look like, the dentist said she would let me know( has been 5 days already ) Kirsten said she doesn't know and that she has to call the lab. The dentist said she would call the lab. So no one has called the lab AFTER 5 DAYS OF ME WAITING. Call #2 they said the can't do the cast work denture. After they told me they could and I had another option, then I asked about the other option and apparently Kirsten said if they can't to cast work, then they can't do the other option. WHAT?? Such a waste of my time. Other dentist around were offering me the flexi, but I want the cast iron. Kirsten really needs more training. The other 2 calls were me asking them if they had found out information that I talked to them about in my visit that they said they would get back to me. Another local dentist said this can be done with a flexible or cast metal not sure what lab they use that say they can't do it. Also sources say it can be done also. "Yes, a cast metal partial denture can be made for a single missing tooth, but it may not be the ideal solution". They said it can't be done. Some of people there have a non chalant attitude like we're bothering them or inconveniencing them. I will gladly take my business somewhere else. I will not recommend anyone here. 1st and the last. I really believe I dodged a bullet of what I could have experienced if I continued to go there. No money lost so, it's still a win for me. It's so comical and shocking. Like what???

A DEFINITION of scam artist! I paid 2500 cash. They did everything was fine. When it came to the last part of the procedure, I needed to pay 500.00. I said where the remaining 500.00 I had on file. They had amnesia real bad. If you needed to pay your car note just say that instead of playing dumb while stealing my money. Don't go to this place ever.

My kids liked it here. So I brought my daughter back to get cleaning and fillings. The dentist was patient and thorough, took her time and asked if I had questions. The assistant was also very nice and helpful. They made the experience worth it. Front desk was helpful with the insurance and payment process. It's hard to find someone you can trust with your dental care. But I highly recommend Lush dental.

I visited this place for a couple of years and could write a review on my experience in general, but I ultimately stopped using this dentist as they wanted to charge me $75 to recement a crown than they had placed less than a year before. I found this not only disrespectful but bad faith practice and will choose a different provider going forward. After my review they did reach out and offer to fix their mistake for free. I was misgendered twice during the procedure though and for that reason will seek a more affirming dental establishment.

Amazing, professional and gentle Dentists. The hygienist was very attentive. The entire staff was kind and considerate. Had a horrible experience at a different place. So happy they could help me so quickly and without any unnecessary pain. Thank you!
