The overall shopping environment is good. We went to Chinese medicine booth near cashier and the booth has an old Chinese guy who is very rude and the way he talks to you is completely unacceptable. You can tell he doesn't want to help. Their manager definitely need to have a good talk with the guy or someone who cares about the position to do the job.

Customer Service Complaint Swept Under the Rug!!! I contacted the TS Emporium headquarter to complain about cashier 6612 WWjuan for incident occurred 01/14/2026. I was promised someone would call me but no one did. Customer service is not expected generally at TSE, but I was accused and cursed by this cashier in front of a long line of waiting customers!!! Basically she assumed I had over five items to check out at her register for express checkout and once she saw there were only five items, I told her she should not accuse and assume I was in the wrong lane. Then she cursed me in Cantonese thinking I did not understand the language instead of apologizing for accusing me. It was very embarrassing and unacceptable. I spoke with someone at the headquarter office, I was told he’d contact the location supervisor for them to get back to me but no one did.

It is a big chinese medicine store, but the staffs are not really nice here. You pretty much can find what you want here and the price is kinda okay as well. They close early at 6 PM everyday and they don't let you in if you arrive after 5:45 PM. And the security is no mercy on that. I have not tried to see the doctor there, but I think I will soon to see what good is he/ her

Lots of chinese herbs & fresh vegetables. Other groceries are more expensive compared to Hawaii or 99 Ranch
