The Korean front desk lady acted in a rude and unprofessional manner. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially when interacting with elderly customers who deserve respectful and considerate service.

I always have an amazing experience with Dr. Kim! He and his staff are very detailed and make you feel comfortable. I make sure to see him twice a year to get my teeth cleaned! I also got my teeth whitened a few years ago and they're still very white. I 100% recommend this place if you're in the area!

Scam! Negligent and unprofessional. Save yourself from pain. My mother went in for a crown replacement but the crown has fallen out TWICE in five months. To add to that, her gums are in extreme pain since the procedure; something that was never an issue for her prior to visiting this "dentist" We filed a complaint with them but was asked to speak to their attorney instead. The level of care for patients at this place is just horrendous. Avoid this place!

The dentist was so kind and gentle. He has a lot of experience from Korea. He gave detailed explainations. He had a CT machine, he had high tech equipment. It was a very clean place. I had a very good experience. He's an honest dentist. I would recommend him.

I started coming to this dentist over 3 years ago. I brought my entire family here and they all love coming. My teeth feel squeaky clean each time.

Very terrible place. Filled with rude people and terrible service. Charm Dental should learn basic manners. And instead of money they should care about patients first.

This place is so unprofessional all he sees is money. It took only 5 minutes to put glue on my teeth and he charged $200. And they don’t do a good job either.
