I had my first Experience with regular cleaning at this practice. It was more than worth my time. Peggy the Hygienist was one of a kind professional, kind, gentle and very efficient. I left feeling clean and happy with the service. To top my experience, Dr. Taruna Gupta was very professional, gentle and patient with me, she made me feel like I would have the other services needed very soon to have a better smile. She clearly knows what she is doing. The checkin process was very smooth. All of the staff care about you so much and make sure you are okay and comfortable before they work with your teeth. Great place to be. Love them. Will definitely recommend them.

Shoutout to the entire team at Rockville Dental Arts. Everyone is friendly, professional, and excellent at what they do. I especially want to spotlight Dr. Taruna Gupta, who I truly cannot say enough positive things about. She is an exceptional dentist and a gem of a human being. From the very first interaction, her intelligence, competence, professionalism, and confidence were immediately evident. She carries herself with remarkable poise and calm. I recently had all four wisdom teeth removed in a single visit, and while I was understandably nervous, Dr. Gupta’s confidence, efficiency, and reassuring presence completely put me at ease. Everything was done smoothly and efficiently, which speaks volumes about her skill and experience. This procedure was done in preparation for Invisalign treatment, and Dr. Gupta took the time to explain the entire process in great detail. She was patient, thorough, and genuinely attentive. She addressed all of my concerns and answered every question without ever making me feel rushed. Her ability to clearly explain complex treatment plans reflects not only her expertise, but her dedication to patient care. Dr. Gupta is a high-quality doctor and an exceptional person. She is pleasant, thoughtful, and deeply professional, and it’s clear she takes great pride in her work. I trust her completely and feel incredibly fortunate to be under her care. Once I was in the office everyone was very efficient and timely. The office is clean and immaculate. The owner/ Doctor is very timely and has a great bed side manner. I moved from out of state and am happy with everything. Just a feedback to the practice manager or owner: The doctor was telling me he has been in business for 20+ years so I want to help with a constructive feedback. The portal they had me fill out a day before does not translate automatically to their EMR they are using because the assistant who took me back didn’t have any clue why I was there and the details of what I had put regarding my case were not carried over to the EMR. The same issue happened when checking out. They gave me a non-insurance rate/self pay rate upon checking out. When I enquired, they said that the insurance information that I had entered the previous day didn’t carry over. But once I gave them my insurance information they immediately addressed the claim. It looks like the app they are using for pre registration or intake is not well integrated with their EMR. I thought the owner and or manager will appreciate this feedback. I would have also appreciated some coffee in the waiting area but it is no big deal. I am just spoiled from my previous Dentist office. Overall great and fast service. I would highly recommend this place for endo dontal care. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. James Linkous and his entire team!** I drive **40 minutes one way from Bowie** just to remain a patient at this office because it is absolutely worth it. Dr. James is exceptionally skilled in every area of dentistry, and his care is thoughtful, precise, and genuinely compassionate. Delilah, his assistant, and the front office team—Karla and Shannon—are phenomenal. They treat me with kindness and respect every single visit. Everyone is patient, gentle, and dedicated to making sure I’m comfortable and fully informed. Dr. Linkous did an amazing job replacing my crowns , which did not match my other teeth and made me self conscious for years. My new teeth look like the original, and the dark area of my gums from where I had a root canal is completely gone. The office is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this practice!! Highly recommend!
