Aspen Dental - Roanoke, VA

I had a great first appointment at Aspen Dental. The staff was polite and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Anastacia and Layaly, and I have nothing but good things to say. I brought my mother with me, and it made me very happy to see how well she was treated. I know we were a bit of a mess going back and forth since she speaks Spanish and I had to interpret for her, but the staff made everything easy and comfortable. I will definitely see you all again at my next appointment.

My father's overall experience was not horrible but could have been a little better. The dentist himself was more into himself than his patients. He made my Dad uncomfortable when reviewing his x-rays saying things out loud that should have been kept to himself or told to his hygienist in private. It made the beginning a bit scary for him. Explanation of payments could have been more thoroughly discussed when they call an elderly person. The best part for him was Kristy, if it wasn't for her I think it would have been a complete fail. She was kind and patient and explained things to my father's understanding. We would always request her and no one else so if you want to feel welcomed I would definitely ask for her.

Everyone here is extremely nice and very helpful. They believe in making their customers happy and satisfied. Thank you to everyone here for making my dream smile come true. Also yall gave me my perfect smile yall are simply amazing.. Thank you Anastacia

My best experience ever. They were the friendliest people I've ever met in my life. The best dentist office I've ever went to in my life. I met the best dentist there today she was wonderful. She met my needs that I really wanted to do and she is going to make me very happy. He's going to give me my smile back that I've been waiting for for a long long time. I changed dentists due to insurance coverage and had a great experience. Anastasia was great taking x-rays, hygienist explained everything and checked frequently to make sure I was comfortable and Dr. was very nice!

Today was my first visit to this clinic and I had a great experience with Pamela, Carrie, and all other personnel during my visit today. Everybody was kind, friendly and helpful. I didn’t meet a single face that wasn’t smiling. The building was clean and well kept. The technology during the check in process was great. I look forward to returning in the future!

Exceptional service! EVERYONE and I do mean EVERYONE in the building was so polite, respectful and gave a calm environment. The doctor talked me through the whole process, I truly thank her for that but it didn’t help my anxiety, which was out of this world. Nevertheless the one who pulled my tooth to the gentleman that was in the room was just so confronting. Thank you Aspen Dental for the first part of my journey.
