I would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience. Wish they would have shut down instead of Rite Aid. Waited a week after my prescriptions were sent to go pick them up. Had called earlier in the week and they said all but one were ready. When I get there, they told me only 2 were ready. They then had me wait for 20 minutes, and still did not have them all ready, so they then told me to get out of line and come back so they could help other customers. A WHOLE WEEK, and they still couldn’t fill the prescriptions and still had me waiting over 45 minutes. Even though I called several days before I came in to make sure they had my correct insurance information and to check to see if they were ready. Never had such a bad experience in 20 years. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I have been back several times since, every single time is a 30-45 minute ordeal because they are unimaginably slow. Each car in the drive through takes 15 minutes ATLEAST. The other day I went to CVS, in and out in less than 5 min. Pick a different pharmacy.

How terrible service! My husband and I came at 7:30 pm to get our flu shots, and at the pharmacy cashier told us to wait a little while. That little while turned into more than an hour, and it's awful! I don't know how the employees waste our time! Making you wait for a service they didn't even completed (they told me after an hour that there was a system error). Then they give you a coupon, making you think it's a discount, and it turns out to be a lie. I'm very dissatisfied with the service at this pharmacy. I'm going to look a different pharmacy now. I'll never come back.😡

Shelves were basically empty, only 1 product per item (could have to do with theft?) Sales Associate who rang me up was very nice

Went in to take a passport-size photo. An employee by the name of "Wendy" came to help me out. She had such a terrible attitude and was sulking the whole time. For some reason, she chose to take photos of me at weird angles. Although the store was mostly empty, she refused to spend a few more seconds to answer my questions and get a good photo. Such a killjoy, wouldn't recommend shopping here.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy! Do not come here unless you want to wait for a ridiculous amount of time. The pharmacy takes so long and the workers are not nice. I urge you to go anywhere else. If I could give a zero would!

This place is terrible call hold times longer than 38 minutes. They get your prescriptions incorrectly every time. Dangerous. This pharmacy needs to hire new and competent staff.

How are older folks supposed to stand in this long line??? I know that Rite Aid send all their Pharmacy customers here, but this line is hellish 👹👹👹 please do something about it. Also, lower your prices, there is stuff I would buy here but not at these high prices...
