How hard is it to honor your own policy? It’s shameful how many items are blatantly stocked where they don’t belong and with incorrect price tags. The amount of times I’ve walked up to the checkout thinking an item was significantly cheaper than it because of where it was on the shelf is too many. The employees will act as though there’s nothing that can be done but why is it my fault that they can’t stock items where they rightly belong? It’s an embarrassing ordeal to endure time and time again, even more so when they refuse to honor the advertised price on the shelf.

Alma in customer service was AMAZING ! She truly made a very frustrating experience, better. Now the red head in electronics was HORRIBLE and very rude as well as the employee that told me where I could find the keyboard as she appeared very bothered by my question. Thank you to the one person who had common courtesy. Walmart, most of your employees look bothered by just being there. Pick better ones, like Alma.

Awful do not regular this store of Walmart has policy update about The Who spark driver. They say only package brown bags before out exit… plus little security front to face sound rude speaking ask me to can package bags First BEFORE exit out. I just confused what ?!. I DID trip work spark the Walmarts in cities all whole no matter for brown bags can inside/outside use package better than only this store own policy. No excuse!!! How awful. Stop policy update for who driver spark for package issue.

When trying to return an item to this location I was refused service. I purchased the items under 90 days and there was no postings that I couldn’t return my seasonal item before my 90 days was over. The cashier teresa was rude, ignored me and rolled her eyes. Lisa, came to assist but did nothing but tell me to call 1-800- Walmart that their store manger (Angie) has decided on her own to refuse returns. Lisa was also extremely rude and told me flat out she was going to deal with me and walked aways. I called the number while at the store, I told them the store was refusing to help me. They refunded me in full and apologized for the store. I don’t understand how a store can take make up their own policies that are not in line with corporate. I will not ever be going back to this location as the store manager obviously thinks ok to change policy WITHOUT any notice to customer before purchasing. The employees were also rude on more than one occasion at this location. Gilbert tried to assist me saying they were being consistent…??? Consistent on deciding when and what policy to follow I guess. Samuel asked for me to return when the store manger was in store. I was refused service, treated like some sort of bad person when following THEIR policy and also refussed any contact information to the store manager. And now I have to used more of my to time return to the store at the managers convenience I guess. But once more I already got refined I think it’s important that the public is aware that this store manager Angie will change her policies whenever she feels like it without notice to the customer. Shop at your own risk at this store.

Theresa had amazing customer service and went out of her way to ensure I had a smooth checkout.I really appreciate your customer service because it's rare nowadays.I hope she is recognized for her professionalism.Courtesy and service with a smile.

Terrible experience at the Van Buren Blvd Walmart Money Services. I was ignored, given conflicting information, and left without service after waiting a long time. The way I was treated felt discriminatory and biased after I spoke up. I reported this multiple times to Customer Service and was told it would be escalated, but it was sent back to the same store and no one ever contacted me. Completely unprofessional.
