Girl at the front desk claimed that the dentist would not clean my teeth unless I agreed to a deep cleaning. She would not let me confirm this with the dentist. My trust is gone with Riverwalk Dental.

Hit or miss here. I did my ClearCorrect (Invisalign competitor) treatment with them for a little over a year. Some visits were pleasant and knowledgable, others were not. When I went in to scan for my retainers, I was told I would need to wear them all day for 1 month, then just at night. I went in today to pick up my retainers and was just handed them with no explanation. I asked the technician how long to wear them for and she said she didn't know and she would go ask. She then returns saying she doesn't know "for sure" if I should wear them during the day but "for sure" at night. I then ask her if there was someone I could speak with who does know "for sure". She ROLLS HER EYES and leaves for about 5 seconds then returns and says I don't have to wear them at all during the day. I don't think she even asked anyone, I think she just wanted to get me out of there. I was also not given instructions on how to care for them. Seems like this place just disposes of you once they've gotten your money. It also seems like they set you up for failure with the aftercare so that you can return and give them more money. Be weary of this place.

I have a kiddo with ADHD which makes is very hard for him to sit still. Had the male dentist tell him "why can't you sit normal" well he can't. I could also tell the male dentist was over it. Pretty rude staff but the assistants that helped clean my kiddos teeth were sweet as well as the female dentist. I work full time so I can't be making appointments everytime. Taking my kids elsewhere where they have friendlier staff and density. ✌️

This Dental office definitely met my expectations. The staff is professional and friendly. The Dentist are honest with there diagnosis that is very important to have is an honest Dentist. By far a wonderful experience. I will definitely be bringing the whole family to this place. This will definitely be our new dental office hopefully for many years. If you are looking for an honest, professional and friendly office this is the spot.

I've been going to Dr. Truc now for years. He is very honest and as others have stated, gentle. I even brought my 4 year old twins for their first ever appointment with him and skipped the frilly kids dentist office. He has a little playroom for them anyway and TVs on the ceiling, and all staff was very accommodating and great with them. They had a great visit! I'm now getting my mom to go, too. They are also very fair with billing. I got some minor teeth adjustments done through his office which was fairly priced. 5 stars

I highly recommend Riverwalk Dental Spa Riverside Ca. I went to them asking them to make me a new lower denture. They took xrays and discovered I dont have enough bone for a new denture. It would have costed 500.00. After the xray they told me since I dont have any bone to hold denture, they suggested not to waste my money. They could not make a denture for me. They are very honest and caring. If you need a good dentist go to them. Dr. Mai. Francis Blumschein Very happy with them.

The best Dental place I’ve been to! These doctors are honest, respectful and know what there doing. Recently I switched dentist bc of the overpriced services and sketchy practices. Other dentist tell you to wait for your cavities grow so they can charge you more later, this dentist doesn’t. They care for your teeth. They explain the problem perfectly with the diagrams they have and show u how they plan to fix it. The front staff is always nice and accommodating, appointments are no issue. This place is a good place for me.
