Sunrise Dental of Redmond

I first went in for tooth pain and both the doctors I met were very nice and thorough in explaining what was needed. Took my antibiotics and then planned for the removal of two wisdom teeth. That surgery went smoother than I anticipated. My recovery went well, no major swelling and very minimal bruising. Came back for routine check and then cleaning. All in all, based on past experiences with other dentists, this has been a good local find in Redmond and they take most insurance plans it seems. Dr. Neha and Dr. Kaur are both wonderful.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic. It became clear to me that the dentists prioritized the clinic's financial interests over patient care. I arrived as a new patient late on a Friday afternoon with sudden, extreme pain (unlike anything I had ever experienced). I paid $600+ out of pocket for diagnostic CT scans (which are apparently not commonly covered by insurance), yet the scans failed to identify the problem tooth. Despite having no definitive diagnosis, the dentists decided to "guess" and recommended a root canal. That root canal was performed on the wrong tooth. As a result, my pain became even more severe, and I was left to manage it alone over the weekend while their office was closed. A responsible approach would have been to explain that it was safe to start antibiotics and wait to be seen by a specialist (endodontist) rather than rushing into an invasive procedure without certainty. Instead, I felt taken advantage of in a vulnerable moment. They proceeded with a root canal on the wrong tooth, worsened my condition, and charged me over $1,500 for a procedure that never should have been performed. The actual problem tooth was later treated by an endodontist. From that experience, I learned to always seek out an endodontist for root canals which was one‑third less that what a general dental clinic charges, but the comfort, precision, and overall experience were dramatically better. Endodontists do nothing but root canals all day every day and the difference is night and day. I understand now when people report falling asleep during root canals! The pain relief is that sudden! To date, this clinic has not refunded me for their mistake. Reports to the BBB and the Washington State Dental Quality Assurance Commission have been filed.

The female dentists are super kind and not fake ....they actually care and WORK WITH YOU!! They been helping me for a while now! They are redecorating and remodeling but still professional even their secretaries are on top of everything too!

Amazing staff! Everyone was so nice. I’m deeply terrified of dentist and haven’t been in 12 years, they didn’t judge me and made my teeth the prettiest they’ve ever been!!! I hardly even felt the shot they gave me in my mouth.

I had a very serious infection. It was handled by pulling the tooth and medication. The dentist was compassionate and professional. I have been a patient there a long time. I respect the ladies working there. They are knowledgeable.

everyone was so kind and they gave me a lot of advice and made sure i was comfortable. i enjoyed talking with the people i met and this place is great! 🙂

Best dental clinic i have ever been to in my whole life. I came in with a very bad fever because of a cavity infection and they were very helpful and honest, i have done my root-canal without any pain during or after the procedure. Now, my fever became so much better and i feel so much better and i can finally sleep and function normally. The doctors and the staff took a really good care of me by providing me antibiotics, painkillers and the best part is the very delicious chocolate protein shakes. Will be a lifetime patient for Sunrise Dental of Redmond no matter what state im at if i ever need a dental care i will be there. Doctor Gurpreer, staff and the boss doctor Kunal are very friendly, professional and flexible. I really appreciate their efforts and flexibility I will have all of my friends to go there as well.
