Very friendly and informative staff. Easy experience. My DH explained every procedure to me, what the photos meant, what I should expect, etc. I felt very taken care of. They also gave me a goodie bag with my name written on it. AND they heave each client a fresh baked cookie! We worked out a treatment plan for my cavities (whoops) and I will be sticking with them for a while. Very happy I went to Orchard Meadows. This is the cleanest my teeth have ever been.

I had a concerning experience here that I feel is important to share so others feel empowered to ask questions and seek second opinions when facing major dental decisions. I came in after several days of persistent pain in a back molar. X-rays were taken and I was told very confidently that the tooth was fractured and that extraction was my only option. I was also told no other dental care could proceed until this was addressed, and that leaving it untreated would eventually lead to bone loss and additional complications. I couldn’t clearly see the fracture on the X-rays and expressed that I was uncomfortable proceeding with extraction, implant, and crown without stronger evidence. I asked whether there was another way to verify the diagnosis and agreed to a CBCT scan at significant out-of-pocket cost (nearly $300). After the scan, I did not have a follow-up discussion with the dentist. I was informed second-hand that the scan "confirmed" the fracture. When I requested access to the imaging or an appointment to review it, that was not accommodated. I was, however, asked multiple times whether I would like to schedule the extraction. Before proceeding with an irreversible and painful procedure, I sought a second opinion with an endodontist. After examination and testing, I was told there was no observable evidence of a fracture and no indication that the tooth required extraction. My severe pain had also resolved by that point. I am relieved I paused and sought another evaluation, as the recommended procedure was quoted at over $6,000. The diagnostic process that led to this recommendation ultimately cost me nearly $500 out of pocket. I would encourage anyone facing irreversible treatment to ask detailed questions, request to review imaging directly with the provider, and consider a second opinion if there is any uncertainty. This was hands-down the best dental experience my husband has ever had. He needed two teeth removed that were broken at the gum line, and the whole team treated him with such genuine care and respect. They took the time to show us around, made sure we were comfortable, and even let me stay with him during the procedure. You could feel how much they love what they do. Every detail felt thoughtful, not rushed. It’s rare to walk out of a dental office feeling grateful, but that’s exactly how we felt.

Hands down THE best dentist I've ever been to. This is the 5th dentist office I've been to in my life (first in Rapid City) and I am so thankful I chose Orchard Meadows. My hygienist was thorough, asking me questions even before she started evaluating my teeth. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. The female dentist also took the time to examine my teeth (not just the poke 3 teeth and call it a day). The check out receptionist was also kind. I didn't expect to spend 2 full hours at an initial dental visit, but this office takes the time to hear your concerns, evaluate thoroughly, and answer all questions. I will never go anywhere else. Great job all around Orchard Meadows!

Had a filling come out, my dentist was out of town. Spoke with Amy at Orchard Meadows, she got me in same day. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Kate and Trish were wonderful and got me taken care of. Appreciate all of you! Cindy

The team was very professional and did a great job at explaining everything to me. They really care about your oral health and it shows! If you’re looking for a practice whose staff are passionate about the work they do, this is definitely the place.

The office was clean and welcoming. It was set up like your own home living room and coffee was served. I’ve never seen that anywhere else. The Dentist, Dr. Mark, was well informed and asked to be put in touch with a lab tech that created the dentures that I wear. That seems to me that he was going over and beyond what most dentists do. The Dental Hygienist, Haley, was proficient In her craft. She was gentle and attentive to details. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to my friends and neighbors.
