Black Hills Urgent Care

I took my grandson in because he was very sick. We were checked in fairly quickly and the young lady at the front desk was so friendly and concerned. We were taken back about 10 minutes later. The nurse checked out my grandson and the doctor came in shortly afterwards. Everybody was so professional and caring it made me feel good. My grandson is autistic and doesn't answer questions real well. They were all so understanding and patient. I HIGHLY Recommend coming in to Black Hills Urgent Care for Great Care.

This is my second time visiting the Urgent Care and each time I am greeting with a warm, friendly smile. Luckily I have been fortunate to be registered immediately, taken to the back with little to no wait time and seen by Dr Wenger with zero wait time. He even remembered me from my first visit! Which was surprising for me but very much appreciated. Dr. Wenger always goes over every detail of my symptoms and explains my plan of care very throughly. Both visits & experiences have been exceptional!

This is the only time I walked into a clinic looking for answers, only to meet a doctor who shrugged, then said, "see an eye doctor," and "go see an obstetrician." I expected a solution. Not shrugs and "try again." The multiple reminders of the bill I would receive just added insult to injury. I went here looking for answers and was treated like I was a joke. I didn’t realize medical school was that simple to pass. I can easily shrug and say I don’t know, but I’ll give you a referral, then sleep well thinking I did a good job. My experience was disappointing at best.

Greeted warmly, checked in quickly. Only had to wait for under 10 minutes. Vitals taken promptly. Doctor came in a few minutes later. After a few questions and a little banter. I was out to pick up my prescription. Fast efficient and friendly place.

Dr Wenger was absolutely amazing!! I typically don’t rate this place as I don’t leave with anything good to say, but this guy from the moment he stepped foot into my room to the end of my visit was a delight!! His bedside manners were delightful, he was always smiling and happy and never bothered by anything had to say. He never pushed anything on me, if I said that’s not something I didn’t want to do or a med if rather not take, that was the end of it. Excellent care and excellent customer service all the way around!! Dr. Wenger is in my eyes an absolutely fantastic doctor!!

All the staff was absolutely fabulous. Kind , courteous, funny, personable, professional , just all around like family. They didn't get a ten in my book , I give them a 20 in all areas. Thank you black hills urgent care. God bless

I only come this Black Hills Urgent Care now, the doctors always listen to my problems and never dismiss what I am feeling. They always check EVERYTHING to try and find the problem and they are reason that I have been able to push the get the help I need. Dr. Birgenheir is absolutely amazing, and every other practitioner I have seen here has been just as awesome.
