Honestly, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. My Sensory Processing Disorder makes teeth cleaning hell, but this was livable. Everyone was very understanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to any Autistic adults in need of a dentist.

I’m shocked at how many positive reviews there are. My experience here was horrible. The dentist was polite, Ms. Kathy at the front desk is a sweetheart, and Stephanie seemed pleasant. However, the X-ray tech - don’t know her name - was extremely rude. She has blonde hair with dark brown roots. She was very rough and aggressive during my X-rays, roughly grabbing and turning my face.. at once point, she pulled the X-ray tool out of my mouth before i could even open my mouth fully so it hit the back of my teeth. I asked Stephanie who would be doing my cleaning (I wanted to make sure it wasn’t the xray tech) Stephanie confirmed it would be the doctor. However, the xray tech girl ended up starting my polish. Again, rough and aggressive, absolutely no care for what she was doing. I had to tell her that polishing on one tooth for so long with pressure was hurting because my teeth are sensitive, to which she responded "ok." No apology, no empathy, no compassion. She took over the suction from Stephanie and was doing both cleaning with the water hose and suctioning. Seconds later, she spilled water from the hose all over me, the bib, and my chest and said it was an accident. I’m certain it was no accident. I flat out made her stop, told her not to touch me anymore, and she gave me so much attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but don’t take it out on a customer. While Stephanie was pleasant, she put SO much fluoride on my teeth. I typically feel fluoride on my teeth when I get cleanings, but I can literally see the fluoride caked on, even in between my teeth. My teeth look and feel gross. Fluoride should be used in small quantities. I’m literally typing this review from the parking lot because I am that upset about this experience. I will not be returning. Heading home to get all this damn fluoride off of my teeth!

I recently had my wisdom tooth extraction followed by a crown placement, and the entire experience was far better than I expected. The dentist and staff were extremely professional, patient, and thorough in explaining each step of the process. The wisdom tooth extraction was quick and surprisingly painless, and the recovery went smoothly with clear aftercare instructions. The crown fits perfectly, feels natural, and was done with great attention to detail. The office was clean, well-organized, and the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout every visit. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone needing extractions, crowns, or general dental care.

The office staff was wonderful. Dr Shah has great bedside manner and professionalism. He also explains what he's doing as he's going along. So you know, the progress of the treatment. I had a root canal with no pain. That's pretty good. I am a new customer and I'm very happy I found this office the first time.

I had two root canals done by Dr. Shah at Smile360 Family Dentistry, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. He was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. The procedures went smoothly with minimal discomfort, and I felt truly cared for the entire time. Dr. Shah and his team are professional, kind, and highly skilled. I highly recommend this office!

Doctor Shah was very sweet and he did a wonderful job on my root canal procedure. This was my first time getting a root canal and I was so nervous but he made sure to check in on me during the procedure. Very smooth process and no pain. The staff is super supportive and sweet and walked me through the process. Maria and Kathy are very nice and will always helpful! 🙂 I definitely would recommend this office for any procedures, as they all do a wonderful job making sure you leave satisfied 🙂
