I have super hi anxiety when it comes to the dentist. This dentist made me feel Super comfortable, they took there time and made me feel like I was the only patient there. I am very faithful when I find someone to accommodate my needs. This was also my first time here. I have had very bad experiences at other dental offices. I am A forever client.

My son had his very first dentist appointment with Dr. Matthew today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in, everyone in the office was unbelievably kind, patient, and welcoming. A special thank-you goes to Annie, who assisted us throughout the visit. She was so gentle, friendly, and reassuring—exactly what a nervous little one (and parent!) needs at a first appointment. She took her time explaining everything, made my son feel comfortable, and treated us with so much warmth. Dr. Matthew was wonderful as well—professional, patient, and great with kids. He made the whole experience feel easy and positive. I’m so grateful for the care we received. This team made my son’s first dental visit truly memorable in the best way. Highly recommend! 💛🦷✨

Look on yelp horrible reviews!!! Doctor Patel cared more about his patience more and was not as money hungry. Dont let this orthodontist scam you the new owners are money hungry. I had a very disappointing experience at this orthodontist's office. I signed a consent for a procedure to be done, but it was not completed correctly. On top of that, I was asked to pay for an additional treatment that should have been included, and the extra charges they tried to apply were unfair and confusing. I had to file a complaint and contact Invisalign directly to address these issues. Overall, I felt misled and frustrated by the lack of transparency and proper care. I would caution others to carefully review their treatment plan and billing before proceeding. DO NOT RECOMMEND chat gbt everything dont trust them and dont sign anything because they will charge you full price again not letting you know that they're taking your braces off and your work is not completed. I thought I could trust them because they were professionals but unfortunately the doctor that started my treatment sold it to a money hungry company

I absolutely recommend this office, all of the staff were wonderful! Doctor showed me all the images of my teeth and explained everything thoroughly which helped put me at ease with the procedures he would be doing. He said it would be quick and painless and it absolutely was! They have a spacious waiting room, complimentary coffee and drinks. Activities for the kids. Even a comfort menu with things like a stress ball, earphones, and phone charger. They really go the extra mile!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This orthodontist office has been nothing but a disaster from the very beginning. In the last year alone, my daughter has had FOUR different dentists/orthodontists because they can’t seem to keep anyone. That alone should’ve been a red flag. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication and professionalism. We’ve been given no timeline updates, no progress information, nothing. Then out of nowhere, with zero notice, they suddenly tell us my daughter is "done" with braces. No explanation, no details, no treatment summary—just a rushed announcement like her entire year-long treatment meant nothing. I tried to get answers today and asked three separate times to speak with any type of manager or supervisor. Every single time I was told someone would call me back, and of course, nobody did. This place is run so poorly it’s honestly unbelievable. This business is an absolute joke. The lack of communication, constant staff turnover, and complete disregard for their patients’ care is unacceptable. I’m now looking into my options because families should not be treated like this. Avoid this place at all costs.

My kids have been a part of California Dental Care for about 15 years now. They have made a lot of changes and I have been skeptical of the changes, but my youngest son had treatment today and it went absolutely amazing. They made him feel comfortable in particular, I didn’t get her name, but she has been awesome with my kids on our last few visits today in particular , Neptune, the RDA and also the doctor Matthew. My eldest son is a long time patient of Dr. Paul, who has Since moved on, but the love and the compassion that they have still resonates within the company And you can tell. Thank you guys for making my son…. Jaxson feel very safe and very secure. He is 7 years old and is very apprehensive about a lot of things but today he was so brave because of your staff. You guys are awesome and we will see you in six months!
