Village Dental - Olde Raleigh

I typically have positive experiences at Village Dental but, my most recent visit was by far one of the best. Dr. Chong and Jeremiah were absolutely amazing! They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and everything was smooth and seamless. I’m now on day 2 after my procedure and I feel very minimal discomfort. They answered any questions I had (even the silly ones), and were very thorough in their explanations. Even the few team members that popped into the room periodically were super friendly. 10/10 would recommend — I will be going back (because I have to… and because I genuinely like them).

I was treated by Alexis and many other wonderful dentist’s and front desk representatives whom I did not have the chance to write down the names of. I got my teeth cleaned+examined+x-ray’s+future preventive care plan taken care of all in one visit! I have really bad anxiety and sensory issues but they handled my care so well! I have nerve pain issues too and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time and if I wasn’t they would adjust for me. I made the appointment last night and was able to get in at 9am and out by 10:50 ish. So far the best care I have ever received and I am lucky to have insurance which covered my treatment. The whole process was easy to follow and I didn’t feel dumb for asking questions or bringing up concerns. Everyone was welcoming and I didn’t feel judged for my issues. They had some dental students follow along with the dentists and it was reassuring personally to have multiple people in the room talking aloud about issues and solutions. I felt so informed and they caught problems that I hadn’t even noticed! The final payment portion was easy to understand and the debrief was so informative and personal. If I wanted to deny any care Im sure they would have understood and not judged, most importantly. Seriously one of the best dentist offices I have ever been to and i’m looking forward to my next appointment:) Update 2/13 I was able to get in really quick o after reaching out to Savannah and got my fillings and night guard process started. I had Shauna and Dr. Bernal work on my mouth. I was very nervous about laughing gas but they made it so easy to understand and feel comfortable. I have a small face and so a lot of things take a longer time since the equipment is to big for my mouth usually. They were very patient and helpful to me and it was an easy appointment.

The best dentist visit I ever had in my life I felt safe I felt heard & most of all I felt important they really know how to keep a smile on your face THANK YOU SO MUCH! 10/10 most definitely recommend -MEL ROMERO p.s went in for a deep clean

Village Dental is extremely professional and truly takes great care of their patients. The level of service is excellent, from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and doctors. Everyone in the office is kind, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable. I originally came in for an initial teeth cleaning and an evaluation to determine what dental care I needed. During my visit, I was able to have a problematic tooth extracted completely pain-free. The dental assistant, Alexis, was amazing and very reassuring while completing my X-rays and exams. Overall, I had an outstanding experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Village Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care. Big shout out to Aleisha for recommending them.

Village Dental was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and safe. Having my wisdom teeth removed was something I was nervous about, but the entire dental team made the experience smooth and successful. Dr. Martin is incredible — truly a wonderful dentist who is kind, professional, and reassuring. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Village Dental to anyone looking for a great dental office!

I recently had my front tooth repaired by Dr. Hayley Foley and I couldn't be happier. I was worried about the color match, but she did an incredible job—you can't even tell it was chipped! The staff was friendly, and the whole process was quick and painless. Highly recommend for anyone needing cosmetic dental work!

Stopped in this morning for an initial appt consisting of x rays and a consultation on wisdom tooth removal. Had no plans on getting them removed today, but here we are this afternoon, and them puppies are out! Turns out I was getting absolutely ripped off by my previous dentist (5 mins from where I live) who had referred me to a specialist to get them removed. I would’ve been paying over 3x the amount that I paid today to get those removed there. I was floored at how much more affordable Village Dental was. Not only that, but each and every staff member I interacted with was so pleasant, reassuring, and very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Like most people, I’ve always had a general anxiety with the dentist, but I was put right at ease here. No complaints whatsoever, I don’t mind the 20 minute drive when I know I’m going to be taken care of like I was today. I will certainly be coming back for my regular cleanings!
