Do not spend a penny here. My dad has waited 6 months for dentures that were over $2400 and these are what he was given. This is horrible and I cannot fathom why anyone would let a client leave there office with these. This is so unacceptable. Please do not waste your time or money.

Called and the same person from The Dentist Raleigh NC picked up saying they couldn’t help. Very strange that both places lead to the same office. If it’s an emergency you’re calling for on a weekend, call with caution.

These "dentist" that work and I believe own this place (Indian couple in their late 40s-50s) have literally ruined my mouth. I had 4-5 fillings done by them and after three days one had fallen out and chipped I went back they "fixed" it and it happened again the next week. So I called in I told the male dentist he was never going back in my mouth because he rushed through the entire process just because he wanted the cash I was paying him as I had made a deal with him to pay in cash. He rushed through all of my work to stay on his schedule as I have never had a dentist moving around so fast and flustered. Well now I am left with all 4 fillings have completely came off. The last being inbetween my two front teeth. I believe this dentist wasn’t even filing cavari s but was just drilling into my teeth randomly and filling the spots. He didn’t let the uv light cute them long enough and when I called to tell them about it, I was met with if you come on the property we will get you for trespassing…etc. I’ve had two other dentist look at my mouth and will be going to a third this week for a final review. I’m telling you if you really care about your teeth and health do not go here!!!! I will be protesting this place very shortly after I get approval from the city. I am in talks with my lawyer to see what we can do about this after my 3rd and last consultation with different dentist. These people don’t care about you, they don’t care about your teeth, they seem nice but under the mask is a completely different story. They only care about money. This place needs to be shut down, I paid them close to 3 thousand dollars in cash and my mouth is completely screwed up and I’m having to spend thousands more just to fix something they rushed through so that they could get their cash. The male dentist is one of the most disrespectful human beings I have ever met, my phone call to him asking for my records and telling him what happened, they never sent my entire record and keep playing games with me. He was so rude and knew he was in the wrong and told me I was going to be trespassed if I tried to go up there to get my records. The truth will always come out but please just stay away from these people, honestly makes me sick to my stomach every time I think about that place. I will just be glad when it’s over

It says in the website please call our 24 hour hotline if you have an issue. Well it’s 11:20pm and my husband broke a tooth. It is broken in HALF. The woman put me on hold for a few seconds and another got on saying we are closed twice than hanged up. I was not expecting to get in tonight. Just to make an appointment for him tomorrow. Should not have 24 hours or emergency line if your staff does not want to help people.

I seriously can’t say how amazing the staff is from the front door staff to the treatment staff. They explain and make sure you’re getting the care you need and are happy with your services! Looking forward to coming back for routine visits! Dr.Matthews and his assistant are amazing!

This office is amazing! They are so knowledgeable, helpful & just so kind! They take the extra time to make sure you are taken care of. Robin & Michelle are wonderful people helping you at the front & Dr Matthews & Josie are perfect getting your dental needs met. A+ service from all at the office! Highly recommend!

On a Saturday, I contacted this dentist office and received assistance from a dentist named Michelle who was exceptionally helpful. This dentist demonstrated genuine concern and attentiveness by answering all of my questions in great detail. It is clear that the presence of more individuals like her in the world is greatly needed, as she genuinely cared about my well-being. I don’t think I ever experienced a phone conversation that was so helpful in my time of need! Again, thanks Michelle!
