Village Dental - North Raleigh

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Village Dental is hands-down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Miranda, the dental assistant, was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and explained things clearly. Emily, the hygienist, was phenomenal: thorough, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. My cleaning was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever had. Dr. Rodriguez is exceptional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions without rushing, and made me feel confident in my treatment plan. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. A special shoutout to the other Miranda, the treatment coordinator, who went above and beyond. She explained my options clearly, helped me understand costs and next steps, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The office is clean, modern, and well-run, and the teamwork at Village Dental is outstanding. I genuinely felt like more than just another appointment. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism, compassion, and top-tier care, Village Dental is it. Highly recommend!

Dr. Puranam and dental hygienist/assistant Kristina treated two of my cavities with fillings today and my treatment was excellent. They make a wonderful team together and got straight to work telling me step-by-step the procedure which gave me reassurance and comfort as this was my first time experiencing this. I've had nothing but great experiences here! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. They make a person like me who gets anxious at the dentist feel as comfortable as possible and heard which is rare! They are very thorough and explain things well so you can fully understand what's all going on. They helped me with a bad abscessed tooth and got me into the clinic quickly and promptly to help. The extraction was quick and easy and they helped make sure I was calm and comfortable the entire time. I also had a cleaning today and it was so quick and the staff were so friendly! Especially, Kailin! She was very welcoming, fun and friendly the entire time and made my day! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

Village Dental on Six Forks Road in North Raleigh is the absolute best! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They also do amazing work in a timely manner, keeping you informed about everything that they are doing. Please give them a try for your dental care, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a great exam as a new patient at village dental, the check in process Kaylen helped me get all checked in , MT was my medical assistant and she was so through and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Also initially showed me a slideshow in the beginning to know what to expect and how long everything would take. Then Miranda was my treatment coordinator who answered all my questions at the end while getting me checked out.

I visited this dentist a few months ago and was told that they were in-network or covered by my MetLife insurance. Based on that information, I went ahead with treatment. However, after recently researching my coverage and calling MetLife regarding additional procedures, I discovered that this office is actually out of network. This explained why the prices I was charged were significantly higher than expected. What’s most disappointing is that this was never clearly disclosed to me at the time of my visit. Had I been informed that they were out of network, I would have made a different decision or sought care elsewhere. The dental care itself was fine, but transparency about insurance coverage is extremely important. Patients rely on that information to make informed financial decisions, and in my experience, that transparency was lacking here.

I had a wonderful experience at village Dental at the north Raleigh location! I just moved to the area blindly without any resources or guidance on where to go for good health care options (and there are a lot of options). I recommend this Dental office, the staff was extremely detailed and had great bedside manner for all my dental needs and concerns. The office was extremely clean and every staff member was extremely professional. Thank you to everyone working there, I look forward to my next dental visit!
