Smile Center

My daughter and I are new patients and I have got to say I’m so happy I chose the Smile Center! Today was our first appointment and not only did my phone die, so my alarm didn’t go off but we were suppose to be getting snow too. Our appointments were at 915 and it was 945am. When I called in they asked how far away I was from there and without hesitation said "come right on in, we will see you when you get here" I was so thankful for that! We got in, and were seen with no problem. They also helped with making sure my insurance information was correct and they were listed as primary so everything on that end would be processed without issues. Thank you Smile Center!

This is one of the worst dental offices. They pretend to be nice or even at all. No one welcomes you into the office. The front desk staff often walks into the exam room using the same gloves they touch everything with and use those same gloves to place x-ray tools into your mouth. To me, that is unsanitary. The actual doctor that runs this office is often absent and replaced with a substitute. When it comes time to make a payment for the services, they don't explain the breakdown of the cost, what the insurance would cover (unlike other dentist offices) and... they want you to pay in advance for a future appointment. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS like I did. This dentist office will hold onto your hard earned money and refuse to offer a refund if you cancel the appointment despite calling them multiple times. I strongly do not recommend the Smile Center and will let others now how awful their services are.

They were able to get me in right away after I lost my upper denture in the ocean. Since I chose from the Internet I was lucky to find The Smile Center with Dr. Jones. The staff is kind and comfortable. My dentist took the utmost care and precision in fitting me. He was very detailed and exact.

I have always had incredible experiences here at the Smile Center. I went to another dentist office when I first moved here and they always tried to sell me stuff to get money out of me. Smile Center does what is NEEDED and nothing beyond. Rhonda at the front desk is so friendly, always texts you to remind you about your appointment, always asks if insurance has changed, always makes sure you are comfortable with the cost before… I recently chipped my front tooth and Doctor Matthew’s did an incredible job along with a dental hygienist who for the life of me cannot remember her name (she was so kind and high energy and made me feel less nervous). He did an amazing job, you can’t even tell it isn’t part of my real tooth! Anyways, I could go on and on about this place. Reasonable prices, great customer service, amazing services, clean, time efficient. 🙂

This is a great office! I came in to get a cleaning because I was tired of my old dental office that I never felt welcome in… then changed my insurance plan just so I could continue to come to Smile Center. Rhonda and Michelle run a tight ship and are always fun to talk to. From scheduling to billing to trusting the person that’s working on your teeth - this is a great place for all of it. Everyone here is kind and knowledgeable. For a guy that has always disliked the dentist, I never dread coming here.

Great experience today. Had to get a tooth extracted. Felt very informed of all my options and financial responsibilities as well any possible complications. I was well taken care of from the front staff to the dental assistant to the dentist. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I had my first visit here for a cleaning, all x-rays, and a quick but thorough visit by Dr. Matthews. I was very pleased with everything there. The office is clean, and the staff is professional and very friendly.
