We had a great experience with Dr. Koneru. We were able to get a quick appointment after my daughter had an injury and a loose tooth. Dr. Koneru was very sweet, patient, and thorough, and even followed up after the visit. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience smooth and comforting. My 9-year-old left happy (especially with the goodies!). Highly recommend Dr. Koneru.

Recently moved to Raleigh and needed to find a dentist quickly. Was so lucky to find this dentist office. Hygienist was gentle and efficient. The doctor contacted me on the weekend after hours to fit me into her schedule for emergent issue. Excellent doctor. She resolved my issue. Very efficient dentist!! Would highly recommend her!

Outstanding Experience at Koneru Family Dentistry! I had my dental exam and cleaning yesterday and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this practice. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was warm, welcoming, and got me checked in quickly—no long waits or paperwork headaches. The entire staff is incredibly professional and genuinely caring. But I have to give a special shout-out to Nathalie, the hygienist who did my cleaning—she is an absolute gem! She was so gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing and even went further to call to check on me to know how I was fairing. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I actually enjoyed the cleaning process (which is saying a lot!). Dr. Koneru was equally fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood my exam results without rushing. You can tell everyone here truly loves what they do. They didn’t only satisfy me but went the extra mile to delight me. If you’re looking for a dental team that treats you like family while delivering top-notch care, look no further. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful group. Dr Koneru is a gem. She listens to your concerns. The discomfort was very minimal, including the stitches. All of the ladies in back assisting were so pleasant and right on top of things. Lisa in the front absolutely went above and beyond to get all of my paperwork done correctly. I left with a goodie bag of soft foods, and gauze of course, to get me by the rest of the day. The best experience I've had with a dental team in 10 yrs.

I haven’t had any dental work in 9 years or more, and I found Koneru with a quick Google search. I made an appointment, which was quick and easy, and I received multiple confirmations. The first time I tried to go my baby wouldn’t allow it, so I had to reschedule and the front desk staff to the dental hygienist were all so friendly and understanding. I am SO glad I was able to come back and be seen by Dr. Koneru and Natalie. Pricing was transparent and easy to understand. Natalie was so amazing and thorough and offered assurances every step of the way during my initial x-ray and exam. It was determined I needed a deep cleaning, which requires numbing. The doctor was thorough, professional, and personable. Natalie has a gentle hand with scaling, and a calm reassurance whenever something is a little painful or unpleasant. I truly feel like this dentist office saved my mouth. After my deep cleaning, there was an immediate positive difference in my smile and my gum health. Please, please consider dental office if you’re looking to get checked out, or if you just need your annual cleaning. I honestly can not say enough good things. Especially from someone who hasn’t received dental care in almost a decade, and had a lot of anxiety revolving around that. This was a 100 star experience, I hate I can only give five.
