I’ve been coming to SOBO my entire adult life and they’re the BEST!! Such a calm environment - I believe all of the workers are women, which is excellent for many of us with particular traumas or just preferences, but regardless of gender everyone is so gentle and kind and informative. They really work with you to find the best solution for YOUR teeth to live as long and healthy a life as possible 🙂 cannot recommend highly enough!

Dr. Yau is amazing! The whole team at Sobo Dental is so friendly and instantly makes you feel at ease. The office is super clean, modern, and has such a fun, welcoming vibe. They even have LEGOs and colored pencils for kids and magazines for adults in the waiting room but honestly 😄 I didn’t even need them because Dr. Yau is always right on time! She’s gentle, explains everything clearly, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. I actually look forward to my dentist visits now. I never thought I’d say that! Highly recommend!

Who likes going to the dentist? It’s a proverbial necessary evil, but one made much more pleasant at SoBo Dental. The staff are all warm and welcoming. The facilities seem state of the industry. Riley, my hygienist, was so knowledgeable and thorough, but also very kind, explained everything she was going to do and why. I went to SoBo after receiving more than one glowing recommendation and I can now join the chorus and highly recommend it.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with this dental practice. After being a loyal patient of Dr. Adamov for several years, I've witnessed a decline in professionalism and ethics, particularly since the reconstruction of their office. Initially, I was informed that my son's dental insurance was in-network when we signed up as new patients. However, after two years, I was unexpectedly told it wasn't, which left me with a substantial balance to pay off for both my son and myself, totaling around $1,500. Unfortunately, the office was unwilling to accommodate a payment plan or show any understanding of the misleading information provided. Once I finally paid off the balance, I scheduled cleanings for my son and myself. During my visit, the dentist recommended several procedures, and I made a follow-up appointment. However, less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment, I was informed that I needed to pay a hefty sum of $558.27 upfront. Given my situation, I explained that I could not afford that amount and asked if they could waive it. They then offered a reduced amount of $300.89, still requiring it to be paid in full at the time of my appointment, which was less than 24 hours away. Unable to make that payment, I requested to cancel my appointment. Since I failed to cancel within the required 24-hour notice, they charged me a $150 fee and have now sent this to collections. This office seems to prioritize profit over patient care, exhibiting rude and unprofessional behavior throughout the entire process. It's disheartening, as I once considered this the best dental practice. Now, I cannot recommend it to anyone unless you’re prepared to be pressured into paying significant amounts of money whenever they deem necessary.

SoBo Dental is a fantastic practice. I have a history of dental trauma (root canals at 4 y/o at a dental school) Dr Adamov has completely erased my fear of a dental appointment. She is very gentle, sometimes doesn't even require numbing. The entire office staff is kind and friendly. Riley, my hygienist, is amazing!! She is also gentle, takes time to explain things and has a great demeanor. I Highly recommend SoBo Dental!

Highly recommend this dental office in Quincy! All of the staff are super welcoming and efficient. They are on time with their appointments and Ive never been left waiting. The office itself is big and modern and feels very clean inside. Dr. Yau has been my main dentist and she's been super friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to those looking for a reliable dental practice in Quincy!
