Erica, the dental assistant, was incredibly helpful and attentive. Everyone at the dental office was kind, professional, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Courtney is truly amazing! My family and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Dr. Courtney. She’s not just a wonderful dentist—she’s genuinely warm, kind, and caring. Dr. Knapik and Dr. Mourad were wonderful, they took the time to explain everything and really helped ease my anxiety. Came here as a new patient after seeing Smile Architects listed as one of Boston’s top dentists and honestly, I’m so glad I did. They did two same day crowns for me and also caught two infections using their newer 3D Xray tech that my old dentist somehow missed. The whole team is super thorough and actually takes their time. They checked everything and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, not rushed or confusing. Even the new patient paperwork was different than usual it focused on my overall health, not just my teeth, which I thought was pretty cool. I was also really impressed with how modern and high tech the office is. I don’t have dental insurance, so I signed up for their in house membership plan and it’s 100% worth it. Everyone is knowledgeable, down to earth, and genuinely cares. Highly recommend.

As someone who has had to have a lot of dental work and gets dental anxiety, I cannot recommend Dr. Knapik's office enough. From Lillian at reception, to my dental hygienist, Tina, and then Dr. Knapik herself - everyone was kind, patient, and comforting. Before my cleaning started, Tina made sure to tell me I had full autonomy and they will never force someone to get work done. Tina also made sure that I was comfortable during xrays and ensured if I was in any pain we wouldn't force anything. Dr. Knapik herself was kind and warm, and spent thirty minutes speaking with me. It is quickly apparent that Dr. Knapik is in this business to help people. Before reviewing my xrays etc., Dr. Knapik made sure to ask if I was okay with seeing pictures and images of my teeth. Dr. Knapik also offered for me to email her directly if I had additional questions. She also mentioned their payment options and noted they don't work with one popular credit company because their interest rates are high. The fact these things are all at the forefront of Dr. Knapik's mind show what kind of care she gives. For someone where the dentist and dental work has been a source of anxiety for many years, I really am grateful to have found this office and can't recommend it enough.
