I recently chipped a tooth and Dental Associates was able to fit me in the very next day. From the moment I arrived, the team was calm, professional, and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Chang quickly placed a temporary fix and then put on a new crown shortly after. The final result looks completely natural. You cannot tell there was ever an issue. I also want to highlight how smooth everything was from start to finish. Dr. Chang and the hygienists were excellent, and the administrative staff was organized, responsive, and efficient in getting me scheduled and taken care of. I already trusted them for regular checkups, but the way they handled this situation really stood out. Highly recommend.

Dr.Brenda was simply amazing I’m a big chicken I hate dentist my anxiety is ridiculous! She was just the best she listened she kept a calming demeanor she was soft spoken and just took the time with me! She cares about her patients! She went above and beyond for me to make sure I was comfortable she talked me off the ledge before the exam! She’s very thorough kind and NOT JUDGMENTAL!! That meant the world!!! I HIGHLY recommend her!!! Her assistant was just as kind gentle as she was!! I still hate the Dentist BUT I Love her!!

Dental associates is fantastic. They are extremely friendly knowledgeable and dedicated. Helen was very gentle and careful cleaning my teeth and doing my x-rays. She made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!

I’m so glad I found this practice, and have been going here for years after having several bad experiences elsewhere. Dr. Hootnick is an excellent dentist. As someone who gets anxious he has always made sure I feel comfortable. He’s efficient, explains things and is just very good at what he does. Today I had an emergency and was accommodated within a few hours and I saw Dr. Soltero for the first time. She was SO kind and empathetic. They made sure to get me an appointment with the endodontist for the rest of the care I needed and got me out of pain all in the same day. Highly recommend this practice!

Was hoping to like this place but they are not very helpful with dealing with insurance. I have been going back and forth with them to have them submit a full written report to my insurance so that they can cover a treatment I had done here. 3 different reps on my insurance has confirmed that my plan does cover the treatment that they provided however due to the lack of narratives on the claim, insurance denied it for lack of reasons and support. I was on the phone with my insurance company when my insurance called the dental office and ask them to submit a written report but the dental office refused to submit another written report with the full details and only wanted to verbally tell the rep which makes no sense since the insurance rep was not the claims department and would still need it in writting. Not sure why this dental office is not willing to cooperate to submit the full detail report but my insurance company told me that because the dental office was not going to help that I should submit and appeal on my own. When I asked for my medical records and clinical note for all my visits, I also saw that it did not paint the full picture unless this was all my records and this would make sense on why the insurance company was asking for more details. Just a bad experience and now they want me to pay another $200 to the $900 I already paid because they didn't submit the detailed report to my insurance company. They also trying to gaslight me in saying that my insurance is lying but what they sent to me for my medical records was also very lacking in details for what they treated me for.

5 stars.... The minute you walk in you are greeted with a smile and kindness. It is a bright and clean atmosphere. The Dental hygienist is delightful, professional and very thorough. The Dentist is gentle and understanding and very professional. Takes the time to explain your best options. 5 stars...

Would not recommend! Ben going here for 3 years or so. In that time I have gone thru 4 or so dentists that seem to leave the practice for various reasons. The front desk and back offices seem to not be on the same page in regards to work that’s Ben done, billing. The icing on the cake for me is I had 6 fillings done by this establishment that have fallen out. Every time I go to have them fixed it is an absolute struggle to get them to fix there improper work and cover the cost of the repair. They seem to rather make excuses that it is my own fault of fillings falling out within a year. Bad business ethics in my opinion clearly they care more about the money they can get out of me rather than my own health.
