Our appointments were at 12:00 for my daughter and 12:30 for me. My daughter was called back at 1:05 and I was called back at 1:25. Not a good impression for a first visit. The dentist looked at my teeth briefly and found very little to clean. He scraped a few times and left. He came back after the xrays and took about two minutes or less to polish my teeth. With the initial exam, 18 xrays, the cleaning and the time the hygienist left the room to get something or help others, I was in the chair for 30 minutes. They also sprayed fluoride in my mouth without telling me what they were doing. The dentist was also very hard to understand and seemed in a hurry. The place was packed so that was why they were behind and when I asked I was told they only had four dentists. I have no idea how many they usually have so this was meaningless to me. There was paperwork to fill out, but it would make more sense to have this done before the appointment. It would be easier for the person filling it out to have a work area instead of a lap for taking pictures of licenses and insurance cards etc. I'm hoping our next appointment is less chaotic more timely so I can give a much better review.

Dr. B and her dental assistants made my visit great. I had to get an extraction. She was very detailed from every step. I was there almost three hours but she could tell I was in so much pain. She took great care of me. I will be back.

Dental Nightmares! I literally joked with colleagues today after this experience. I left work at 11:30 for a noon appointment. I sat in the waiting room for thirty minutes before politely asking when I would be seen. The manager abruptly said, "oh! You’re down for 12:30." I thought, okay, maybe I am wrong. I just moved here and started a new career BUT then I checked my confirmation message. Yupp, 12:00. She blew it off when I showed her and said the dental assistant would be right out. I went to the chair and sat for more ungodly amount of time. This was just a visit to get established. THEN, a woman took X-rays. You could tell she was tired and rushed. I then was left to sit for more time. I noticed all the peeling paint and broken plastic on equipment with dirty floors. Finally, the woman came back and said the dentist was with a problem case so she would polish my teeth. She put my chair so far back I felt the blood rush to head while she violently polished my teeth. She definitely took enamel off. I have healthy teeth. Always have had great private insurance and never ever have felt polishing like this! After she flung my seat up the dentist came in for three minutes This place is dirty and awful. Maybe if all you have is Medicaid and need into a place this is for you but I will never be back.

Was able to get scheduled in a timely manner. Once it was time for our appointment, we were able to be seen almost right away a well. Everyone that I interacted with was nice. Some other staff seemed not in the best of moods

I love my dentist, but the treatment from management is driving me away. I had an appointment that I waited a year to get and I was sure to confirm my appointment two days prior. My appointment was canceled without consulting me because my insurance changed. I was not even given the option to use my HSA to pay for my appointment which is what I would have done to keep my dentist. So I rearranged my entire schedule to be left with nothing. They are kind to your face, but their policies are so disrespectful. I’m looking for a new dentist.

Didn’t really expect much because I was taking my son for the first time. (He’ll be 2 this year) it all felt very rushed. I feel like I was hardly talked to about anything or expectations. Something to make a first time appointment a little more worth it.

I was hesitant to come because I read a bad review but my experience was really good, I'll come back again. I'm pregnant and it was my first time at a dentist being pregnant. And they were really patient, really nice and really helpful. Thank you team that was there at 12 on a Tuesday!
