Incompetent and RUDE office staff. I've been trying to see my doctor for 3 months now, but the ridiculous staff don't know how to do thier job. It sucks because Dr. Quintana is a good doctor, but when you can never see the doctor what's the point?

I had called to see if this place accepts my insurance and receptionist acted like I was bothering her and had a nasty attitude

I have had oral and ocular work done here. Both experiences have been great. Yes, there are students working on you. But there is always an experienced doctor overseeing and checking everything so you know that the treatment you're receiving is correct and efficient. Also, WesternU Patient Care services are extremely affordable and they are able to schedule/see you quickly. I highly recommend using their patient care services.

I would give zero stars for this place and it’s medical doctors . Several months ago I brought my mom here because she was having severe pain in her back and lower abdomen . Her symptoms began to worsen and pain got worse . They at first pointed the finger at arthritis and then gallstones and then both weren’t the cause of her pain . I demanded for them to do a shingles antibody test and declined. My mom has been in and out of the ER . Trangs sparks eventually ignored my mom and never followed up nor answered when I needed a certain medication . Every time I call her PCP or PA here he has no sympathy and has gave up. Don’t waste your time coming here at all

I tried giving them my business but the front desk lady said I need a referral to see a dietician. Confirmed with Anthem that I indeed do not need referrals to see a dietician. Waste of time and her putting me on hold to "check" with my insurance provider. I don't think they like PPO insurance here but anthem only has a few dieticians around me.

I am divided, this is a good place for people who need quality inexpencive dentistry. Primary care docs are good about finding people apointments quickly. Friendly staff always warm and welcoming, things like that deserves 5 alone. Three are missing due to... Reason I only gave it two: This place is not meant for those who have mental health or develepmental problems that need their medcal care throughly explained to them till they understand it before making choices. They do work quickly being a learning school and all. That also means unusal/uniqe cases are counter intuatively not considered if not 100% textbook, askewing results. Being allowed to talk to a overseeing MD or admin vs MA or PA about a grivance dosent happen other than the denistry office. There seems to be no protocol for it, or way to so do on their website or my chart portal. I would happly change this if someone reached out , as this place is awesome otherwise.

1st time visiting with my prinary Dr after switch from Kaiser and I must say I was impressed with the amount of time spent getting to know me and my medical needs. Dr. Khairullah is very thorough with great bedside manners.
