I just want to say that the receptionist or whom ever answers the phone and sets appointments is very rude and unorganized. She will say she booked us for one thing then print out the appointment paper with different time and date and then say that we missed an appointment and cancel us my special needs dad from going there. On top of that she cannot hold a conversation and proceeds to hang up. It happened twice when she said a certain time and it the actual appointment was a different time. I would also like to say that if you like your job do not answer the phones with an attitude making the clients feel as if it's such a hassle to have decent customer service.

First, they dropped me in the system, so my appointment for 11:30 never went through. Then, I was informed that they had no availability that day. Afterwards, I was informed that they had availability if I was willing to wait until 1:00. Then when I accepted the updated appointment, I was informed that there was a $20 fee that was due prior to the consult and not covered by my insurance. I was referred here by Western Dental in Chino and never informed. That reflects poorly on both practices
