I came in with a dental emergency and was incredibly impressed with how promptly and elegantly Dr. Pandher and the team at Pleasanton Valley Dental addressed it. The level of professional competence—especially with dental extractions, bone grafts, implants, and veneers—is outstanding. Dr. Pandher has excellent bedside manners and a remarkably light touch, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and reassuring. Beyond the immediate care, I was given thoughtful advice on long-term dental health, which I truly appreciated. The office itself is bright and cheery, and the staff are not only friendly but clearly very competent. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and comforting. tl;dr: 1. Invisalign provider rushes and does a bad job * Prioritizes seeing as many patients as possible rather than care. * Does very little to communicate what home care will look like and what to expect with appointments moving forward * Rushes each appointment leading to bad glue jobs and loss of trust. I am very frustrated with my invisalign care. I got back from my appointment where my rubber band attachment broke off, and not even an hour after the new attachment broke off. I had to go back to the office during rush hour for it to be attached properly which made a 30 min appointment almost 2 hours. This isn't an isolated incident either. When I first got invisalign the glue job was done badly making it difficult to put on rubberbands after the first set. During the appointment to fix the original bad glue job my provider seemed to be rushing and ended up putting the glue grinder on my lower lip which left me with a stinging pain for the rest of the day.

Dr. Pandher is a very honest, forthcoming dentist and makes my appointments feel as comfortable as possible. She lets me know exactly what is going on with my teeth and dental health.... not just trying to make a buck on any unnecessary procedures. She's really concerned about my dental longevity, which I found comforting. The staff is super nice, flexible, and responsive. From the doctor to the staff they are a great team of genuine, efficient service providers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a top notch dentistry, look no further!

I had been a patient at the practice for over 30 years when Dr.Pandher took over. I went in for an evaluation and was told I needed a root canal. The place was really busy and Dr Pandher was not very present during my evaluation- she seemed scattered. I came in for a follow-up with the endodontist and was told by her that 8 crowns had been recommended by the Dr. Panther! No one told me this- not even the front desk- and I was beside myself worried that I was getting 8 teeth ground down to be capped. I left as a patient and have been to 2 other reputable dentists since- neither of whom recommended any dental work of that caliber or any crowns whatsoever. I felt totally gaslit and not cared for and like someone was out to make a profit. The staff were great- but communication from the top was not. The connection was depersonalized and not comfortable for me. I didn’t want to write this- I’ve never written a review on any business- but it’s been weighing on me since January of this year. My parents both left the practice as well since nine crowns were recommended for my dad whose in his mid-70s.

Great clinic! Dr. Pandher has all the new updated technology which made my Invisalign consult so easy and quick. She is so friendly and efficient. Her staff if also very knowledgeable. The entire staff is very friendly and the clinic is conveniently located in the plaza and easily accessible. Definitely coming here from now on.

I have not been to a dentist since 4 1/2 years ago. I have always had a fear for the dentist since childhood. After this visit I was overwhelmed with joy with all the new technology and the ease at which things were done some of my PTSD is gone now. I would never think that I would say I love the dentist but after coming here, I was greeted with warmth , compassion, and understanding and laughter, and can say that I'm looking forward to more visits. Special thanks to Rosie, Patty, Susan, Kanthi, and Dr. Pandher, they were all funny, kind, and very informational. I would highly recommend this office to everyone. P.S. I thought. I would have to wait till I got to Heaven to get the perfect teeth, but now I I found the perfect staff and Dentist to give me beautiful teeth again.
