Everything about my experience was wonderful! Tara was lovely on the phone setting up my appointment and even lovelier in person helping me figure out any logistical issues. Aimee did an incredible job at my cleaning, she was gentle and thorough. She was also very strengths based making me want to come back to the dentist! Finally, Dr. Mona was great and checked in on all of my concerns. Overall, a wonderful dentist experience - 10/10 recommend!

I had an issue with my company’s insurance changing and Tara walked me through the whole process with patience and positivity. Today I had a cleaning with Amy and she let me know what the problems were with my teeth without making me feel bad about it. That’s a hard skill! I’ve gone to one of their competitors, and Park Plaza is better by far!

The front desk and office really go the extra mile. I had to change my appointment last minute and they went over and above to find an alternative appointment that worked with my challenging schedule. Plus the dentists and hygienists are all awesome too. Highly recommend. Thank you for all your hard work!!

Great experience with Tara! We had to set up 7 appointments juggling my family schedule & the office schedule. Done it a very short time & with a smile. Thanks Tara! I always have a great experience with everyone at this office!!

They were dishonest about everything: 1. They recommended an insurance plan they do not accept so we are paying full price out of pocket 2. gave me a new diagnosis every time I visited, but when I would question it my next visit it was never documented and/or they couldn't prove I actually needed any of the work they recommended. 3. terrible with kids and lack understanding about minors not being able to make decisions for themselves causing harm to my daughter and wasting time with my son. If you like your teeth and your financial health do not go here.

So happy my husband and I found Park Plaza Dental! I have very sensitive teeth, and finding a dental office that understands and truly cares has made all the difference. My hygienist Amy is incredibly gentle, patient, and always checks in to make sure I’m comfortable. They take extra steps to make cleanings easy and as pain-free as possible, which I really appreciate. The whole staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for kind, attentive care—especially if you have sensitivity like I do.
