I had just called this office asking for pricing on an examination and x-rays (because I live just right down the street and is in my neighborhood) and I felt as if I was met with rude service, which is surprising to me considering all of the wonderful 5 star reviews about how exceptional and friendly the staff is. The lady who answered was named Terry and I asked if they were accepting new patients. She asked if I was an East Peoria transfer and I said no. Then she asked what I needed to be seen for. Now I may have given her more information than needed, I told her that I recently got a tooth extraction done because it was a chipped tooth that got a bad infection and ultimately couldn't be saved. That was two weeks ago. I told her my front bottom tooth chipped this morning, and while in the midst of explaining that I didn't have much money due to my most recent extraction (and lack of insurance) she completely cut me off and said, "Unfortunately I don't have a magic crystal ball in front of me so I can't give you a diagnosis right now.' ... I proceeded to tell her that I wasn't looking for a diagnosis, and I was simply just looking for a price for an examination and x-ray, which actually was a HIGHER price than the other places I had gotten a quote on, so needless to say this kind of service was very off-putting and I sadly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I started going to see Dr. Anna three years ago. I have three caps, burning mouth syndrome, and a healthy fear of dentists. I saw Michelle as my hygienist and her first cleaning was a deep one. Absolutely nothing hurt and both she and Dr. Anna have been so attentive to my BMS issues—more than almost any medical professional has been. They have worked so carefully with me and now my teeth and gums are so much healthier—and so is my relationship with dentists! I started Invisalign Go with Dr. Anna a few weeks ago and it is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this Prospect Family Dentists!! Five stars for sure and wish I could give them 10!

Our family has been going to Prospect Family Dental for 31 years. They are professional, caring and always considerate. I have never had a bad experience. When an emergency with our teeth has happened, they do their best to get us right in. I highly recommend this dental office!

The staff and doctors at Prospect Family Dental are very patient oriented and friendly. I've been coming here for dental care for probably more than 20 years and have always been treated well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; they have earned my trust and continue to do so with every visit. While you are a patient, the really nice part is everyone treats you like a PERSON. Prices are very competitive and my insurance (which has changed over the years) has always been accepted; co-pays, if any, are reasonable. Services by my treating dentist, Dr. Zimdar, have always been top notch. My son was a patient here until he graduated college and moved. If you're looking for a dental practice that can care for all of your family's dental needs, I highly recommend Prospect Family Dental.

This dentist office is unmatched, the staff are so friendly and Dr. Anne is truly amazing! I had such horrible dental anxiety for years which has kept me away for nearly 20 years but Dr. Anne mad me feel so comfortable that I honestly think my phobia is gone! She is truly a god send. The service was 10x faster than I expected I was completely blown away how fast she fixed my major dental problems so fast, painless as possible, and best of all most cost efficient I truly can’t thank them enough!

I've been coming here for years and the staff is fantastic! Dr. Gray, Dr. Z, Dr. Anna, and Michelle all have been very attentive to my dental needs. They also make you feel very comfortable and treat you like family. Great local family dentist group.

I have been going here since I was 5 years old (30 years). The staff is extremely friendly and treats you like family. The teeth cleanings are thorough and pain free. My wife and kids have also been going there for years now, and they also look forward to their visits. The kids have their pictures on the wall in waiting room and get to add a sticker to their picture after a trip with no cavities. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for our dental needs.
