Peoria Dental Care

I have had difficult experiences with dentists in the past. Thankfully Dr Daniel was very approachable, accommodating, and professional. The staff was super nice and friendly. The office has all kinds of fancy new equipment and a solid toy chest for kids. Everyone seemed happy to be there. What a gem. Thanks Dr Daniel!

Disappointed in our first time here and won’t be back. It was my daughters first check up and they did X ray which I was already on the fence about it because due to our spiritual beliefs we don’t anything that causes major disharmony in the body. Well they took X-ray and the assistant didn’t even direct her to bite down all the way so they got a half ass picture and my daughter got exposed for nothing. They said well we can just look in her mouth too well yeah you could have just done that in the first place. How can I trust this place when they can’t even properly direct a 5 yr old how to take a thourough x ray?? And they have the nerve to say they need one every year?? I DONT THINK SO! What a joke! Now I really wish I would have said no! And all I got was a non chalant sorry. X rays damage cells and cause cancer. If they’re going to take them they need to make sure they are done properly. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Excellent practice, great experience (for being dental work which is saying something!) Dr. Wynn is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about achieving the best results for his patients. I've been to several of the other franchised dental practices in the area and would not recommend. This office is out of network from my job provided dental insurance but the difference between in and out of network is worth it. 2024 Update: Still great.

To say our first visit to this place was amazing is an understatement. We came to Peoria Dental Care based on referrals from several like-minded friends. We had previously had some traumatic experiences with our children at a couple of pediatric dental offices which led us on the hunt for a dentist that was pro-patient and would give us informed consent on treatments for our children instead of just pushing whatever will fill their pockets. Peoria Dental Care is the complete opposite of that! My initial call to make the appointment was led by my apprehension due to our past experiences, but the person who answered the phone was a gem! She calmed all of our fears and made us feel confident in our decision to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes (one way) just for an exam. My daughter had exam with Dr. Micah and all I can say is this man is seems not only to be an amazing dentist, but a wonderful person. We have NEVER had a dentist or any other person in the medical profession take so much time and care with us in the past. Dr. Micah explained everything is such detail and gave us informed consent on all procedures that he recommended. He knew we drove quite far for the appointment, so he asked if I would like to take care of some of my daughters issues that day. So, we had the exam and got a tooth pulled and another tooth filled. 🙂 We were also shown a detailed bill of how much everything was going to cost before the procedure was done. Other dentists we have experienced had not done this for us in such detail. I had not experience such great customer service and detail in the past and I'm still just so excited we had friends recommend Peoria Dental Care to us. Peoria Dental care is a professional, compassionate, and amazing dental office! We highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Micah is a blessing. My 8 year had a traumatic injury and his front tooth was broken in half and the top half was pushed into his naval cavity. One local dental group recommended extraction. I was referred to Micah for a second opinion. He saw me the same day and did a 3D xray and saw there was too much tooth and said he would absolutely not pull it as it would lead to a number of problems as my son grew up. Today, he had his final procedure with a root canal and Micah built up the other half of his tooth to an almost perfect match. At 8 years old, you can imagine the trauma he has gone through but Micah made him feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him and can't imagine where we would be if it wasn't for Micah. Thank you to Peoria Dental Care for being amazing! Your staff and your physicians are top notch!

I'd tell anyone that this office has an amazing staff all around. They are very genuine and really do care about their patients!! They take the extra time to make their littlest patients feel safe and explain in terms they understand about what is going to happen. From personal experience they have the best beside manner and make the patients and their families feel comfortable and safe while in their care! I'd recommend the dentist in this office to anyone!

I have been to several dentists here in Peoria and I had been to one dentist that was pretty good but unfortunately moved away and his replacement was not very good. I checked around and seen Peoria Dental Care had great reviews. I am glad I decided to check them out. Everyone was very polite and friendly, even at the front desk. The dentist was very well mannered, came in shook my hand, introduced himself, and was friendly and explained everything so well. I did not feel like I was rushed in/out at all. He took the time to explain the X-rays and also what he was doing during the exam. I appreciate knowing what is going on as it can be a little intimidating when they are using tools and grinding and scraping and they don’t say anything like my last dentist did. This dentist even taught me something new which I have never had any dentist ever mention before about having an even bite. I was very impressed. I will be returning to have the rest of my dental work done there. Thank you Peoria Dental Care!! 🦷 😁❤️
