We love Pine Glen!! Office is clean and kid friendly!! Our 9 and 3 year old loved the hidden fort in the waiting area!! The hygienists were extremely friendly and made our kids feel comfortable. My husband and son saw Dr. George for their check ups and she is Amazing!! She is friendly, gentle and thorough. The staff puts the needs of the patients first and never make you feel like you have to get unnecessary treatments or procedures like some doctor's offices have in our past. Driving to Peoria from Normal is worth it, to get the treatment and care level that we had at Pine Glen!

One of the most expensive dentists in town, not in network for BCBS. I came here for a couple years based off a recommendation. I don't have anything negative to say about how competent they are as dentists and hygienists, but they have a policy where they won't clean your teeth if you don't pay for the expensive x-rays when they determine you need them, even though they will book your appointment and send you 10 text messages that week and never once mention that before they will do any further care on your teeth you need to get X-rays without any advance notice or any estimate of the cost of the x-rays they are forcing you to get. My last cleaning appointment i walked out because they said they would not give me my normal cleaning without taking the X-rays. Some businesses lose the feeling of 'care' and you start to realize you are just a means of revenue passing through their scheme of the insurance system to make money. If you have insurance that pine glen is in network for then it's probably fine to go here. If not, the costs of going here are just too high.

Staff was very friendly! I have a long history with oral surgeries and although my anxiety was through the roof, Dr. Rice and the hygienist showed they truly cared about my comfort through the whole procedure. I feel very comfortable at Pine Glen and know the staff genuinely care about their patients.

I love Pine Glen Dental, and if you have a phobia of dental procedures, there is nothing to fear here. The staff are courteous and promptly call patients from the waiting room with a smile and put you at ease. My hygienist was very friendly and thorough but so careful with cleaning procedures that I was never uncomfortable. I’ve had major dental work done as well and have always been impressed with Dr. Rice, who explains what is to be done and always includes me in discussion of future procedures! She’s the Best! I would not go anywhere else!

Today, I went to Pine Glen Dental Group. Every experience I had there was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Rita George did superb: I never had any kind of discomfort and the cavity I had is gone now. Dental Hygienist, Becky, never startled me either, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dental Assistant, Bayli , was also kind like Dr. George and Becky. The front desk associates were very helpful with scheduling and paperwork. Thank you all, I will definitely be back for the excellent work and the wonderful people.

Clearly this place is not concerned with the importance of diversity in the workplace. Not one person of color works here, not one dental hygienist, not one records clerk not one secretary. Little to no clientele that are not white. Owners appear to satisfied with the money they are making off their traditional preferred patients than evolving into 2024.

I highly recommend Pine Glen Dental. I called over 15 dental offices today needing to get an extraction and even had one place have me drive all the way to them just to tell me I need to reschedule after I left work early to go in the first place. So I called Pine Glen and the lady at the front desk was able to talk with Dr.George and get me in!! They excelled in every aspect of their work!! From the front office, the staff, and Dr. George, you all are awesome!!! Thank you so much for getting me in on short notice and getting me fixed up!!!
