Peoria Dental Center

I came in to get a replacement dental flipper, as the one I received from this office about nine years ago was excellent and lasted a long time. Based on that great experience, I trusted I would receive the same quality and attention to detail this time — unfortunately, that was not the case. I was quoted one price but ended up paying more than expected ($330 out-of-pocket plus $400 through insurance). When I received the new flipper a couple of days later, I was immediately disappointed. It did not have the clasps I specifically requested, the color was noticeably off, and the tooth did not look natural — it stuck out and felt uncomfortable, even poking my lower gum. Worst of all, it broke in less than two hours of wear. During my appointment, I was only shown the flipper once it was already placed in my mouth. The assistant told me, "Don’t overthink it," and I was in the chair for less than a minute before being told I was done. I never even saw the dentist during the entire visit. The whole experience felt rushed and careless, and I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I called the office to ask about the warranty and refund policy, as I am now out a significant amount of money and experiencing pain. I genuinely regret coming here, especially after the excellent care I once received in the past.

I had to have an emergency crown put in and they managed to squeeze me in on a busy day (the dentist I normally go to was unavailable). Dr. S and the tech were very professional.

I went to this dentist and he pulled all my top and bottom molars and created this so called bridge which was cheaply crafted with hard silver wires showing from mouth terrible work! He replaced a front left tooth which fell off before six months of placing it in. Very shoddy work and both the dentist and his assistant were constantly conversing in their native language all during procedures laughing and joking about who knows what, very rude and unprofessional in their work and ethics.

I experienced the most unprofessional treatment from the dentist Dr. S ( not sure of the spelling) a few months ago and am stilll traumatized, so much so , that I have been in contact with my insurance carrier in attempts to have them remove Peoria Dental from the insurance group BCBS , I pay for. I will continue to call my insurance company every week. Peoria Dental doesn’t deserve to accept insurance. They should just close down and take away the "doctors" license and remove this office from being able to accept BCBS all together. I don’t know if it can be done ? However, since I was shown such little care from the DENTIST I hope he receives the same unprofessional and incompetent treatment from any medical and all professionals ,him and his family see, so he will understand that you can’t be a P.O.S. and expect good things just bc your parents paid for you to become a dentist lmaooo .I will continue to tell every college about this ish show of a "Doctor" and his side chic Claudia and how unprofessional this office is. My children and I will not go back .

I didn't actually go there but I called and spoke to Francisca I just wanted a ballpark quote on getting an extraction and an implant Wichita dentists know their price for that and she told me I would have to come in and have an appointment just to be told what it would cost I then called three other dentists and they all told me their price so this is just a money grab to get you to come in for an extra appointment and then if you don't like the price you have to move along find somewhere and you wasted all that time I'm just writing this to let people know up front if they're in the same predicament not to call here because they won't tell you any prices I called another dentist in Sun City and they gave me a solid price for the extraction and the implant

I'd give this place every star possible if I could. The office staff goes above and beyond for patients. It has a very clean and soothing atmosphere and the staff doesn't mind taking more time to explain options, procedures, billing questions, etc. I went for an extraction after changing my mind about a crown, and while the extraction wasn't able to proceed as planned (due to absolutely no fault of the provider but my own dental history), the staff was kind, understanding and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and ensure I was okay before even getting out of the chair. The staff here is top tier and definitely helps to relax you if you (like me) have major fears of the dentist. I would recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give this place a try. Even my 10 year old enjoyed her visit more than when she's seen by her pediatric dentist!

Ruined my teeth. Kept refilling a tooth that needed a ROOT CANNAL! I was in so much pain for months and he just said the filling had air, or it needed to be redone. They took my wisdom teeth out and did such an awful job keeping my pain under control. I was awake, sadly. And I was crying from the pain and he yelled at me "tell me when it hurts!" Well I would if I didn’t have a ton of hands and instruments in my mouth. Unprofessional, money hungry, and rude. My new dentist was astounded at what happened to myself, my mom and my dad.
