I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Dr. Bensoussan’s office. The entire staff was kind, courteous, and caring throughout the process. Dr. B was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and confident with my choice of work to be done. Their professionalism and communication was excellent. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Bensoussan and his staff are amazing, kind, and meticulous to make sure all pieces are covered with your dental experience! I worked with Crystal, Dr. Bensoussan, and Nicole, and they’ve all been very thoughtful and considerate! I’ve done cleanings, bite adjustments, fillings, whitening, and trays made, all services have been a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

My visit to your office was at first, just like I thought it would be with all this computer foder.....question after question about health issues that have NO BEARING ON my visit. I had a dental problem, not a psychological issue. After the receptionist rolled her eyes to the back of her head several times, as in that phycho movie with the doll that does the same thing , she realized that I really was computer illiterate and showed me some mercy What a lovely person she ( not the doll) turned out to be! She loaded the pages and instructed me as to " WHAT TO TOUCH" and WHAT NOT TO TOUCH "....I touched it anyway. My wife was with me and she couldn't stop rolling her eyes back, but we all three got to the end....of our patients and turned it in. Was called back, quickly, everybody introduced themselves and off we went to X-ray. Fast forward 15 min. a office assistant, Dr Assistant came in and started the conversation off by going over what she didn't understand about my visit. " Why Are U Here? I explained my version. The wife had a different version, the lady put them both together and called the Dr in. Couldn't be much older then my youngest daughter. He was very polite. Knowledgeable. Professional ( as was EVERYONE in his office). He examined me told me what the problem was and how he was going to solve it. EASY PISEY.....LONG STURY SHORT....my wife who was a dental assistant back in the days of the Dinosaurs, was impressed with EVERYONE ( unusual for her ), she liked everyone ( again, unusual for her). I actually Enjoyed that visit, ( I don't usually hold Dentists in high regards, but this young man was PROFESSIONAL, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ( as I am ER/ RN for 47 years retired ), anyway, I/ we were both impressed ( unusual for both of us ,at the same time) with the professionalism. Wealth of knowledge, confidence of EVERYBODY......I RECKCOMEND this practice for all you OTHER chickens out there. You can't do better !!!!

A very positive experience. Dr. Bensoussan is the ultimate professional and is reassuring . He explains the procedure and what to expect. Crystal is also wonderful to work with.

The doctor was knowledgeable and explained the process throughout the visit. He replaced a chipped crown and offered a minimally invasive option, which is what i was looking for. He was friendly, attentive, and explained the process clearly. Would recommend.

I had my first visit at Pure Smiles, their staff is friendly and kind. Had a cleaning and xrays. Met with Dr Shahbazi, she explained her concerns. I also love that they have a holistic over all view on dental. Thank you ladies 💚
