The dentist and clinical staff are kind, helpful, and informative. However, I have concerns about operational consistency. Appointments have not always started on time, and there have been last-minute cancellations after I had already taken time off work. Additionally, the front desk has struggled with insurance policy details and has been difficult to reach by phone or email after treatment plans were discussed and agreed upon.

Everyone that works in this dental office is very helpful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Great Dentist and assistant were wonderful! I received the best care in their capable hands

They cancel every appointment last minute and even on Saturdays have horrible customer service. Not worth the time to even do a simple deep cleaning, they need a major management improvement. I'll be going to any other dentist that actually seems functional.

Everyone was professional and courteous and respectful. Brianna was amazing as my dental assistant very gentle and pleasant to converse with while having my procedure done

I probably should call the office and actually speak with the dentist himself (Dr. Kabbani) about my recent most horrific and painful experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I know people often say they hate going to the dentist and until my visit last week, I was one of those people who had a horrible experience at the dentist. And quite frankly I will never return to this location again. Typically the Dr. Kabbani sees me as his patient or his kind and very helpful dental hygienist. However, last week I had a dental assistant by the name of Briana and a supposed dentist, who which by the way should not be practicing dentistry anymore all because of how bad and rough she treated and handled my normal preventative check up. She purposely cut the interior part of my cheek. Had been super rude, rough and callus. The worst part was the dental assistant Briana who was by far the most rudest, caddy, unpleasant and unprofessional dental assistant that I’ve ever dealt with. In the past, I had trouble with the mismanagement of the front office staff and scheduling appointments. However, Dr. Kabbani remediated that issue and invited me to return back as a patient. Especially since I also had referred my husband to him as his dentist. Based on my last visit which was the worst dental visit I’ve ever had and not to mention that the dentist who was a female (older lady -Dr. Samain) who performed the cleaning didn’t even clean my teeth effectively as the dental hygienist had in the past or Dr. Kabbani. I get it, this isn’t Dr. Kabanni’s fault on how poor of a situation I experienced at the hands of some other dentist he has in his office. But it was that bad that I just don’t wish to ever return and will be having my husband do the same.

Everyone here is so friendly from the front desk to the dentist! It is very clean and there was no wait time between the X-rays, cleaning and seeing the dentist. I had to be out at a certain time and they made sure to make that happen. Will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you all so much!

Came in for jaw pain thinking it was an infected tooth but Mustafa confirmed it is not. I want to give a shoutout to Nora and kamila they were very nice and made my visit very pleasant. Also, I appreciate how helpful Vanessa was. Best dentist visit ever!! Thank you staff!!
