First time at Sage Dental Davie. I was recommend to Derek the Hygienist from a friend and wow he did not disappoint! That was the most detailed "deep clean" cleaning I have ever experienced. It also wasn’t long and he walked me through my next steps and recommended products for my care. I look forward to coming back for my teeth whitening session as well. Highly recommend Derek!

By far the WORST experience I have ever had in my entire life. I did my braces with sage which took a total of 4 unnecessary years to complete. The overall process should have only taken 2 years max if it wasn’t due to the ignorance of this dentist office. They never kept me up to date with my appointments. Many last minute cancellations, even with oral surgeries. As a patient and minor at the time, I was gaslit on multiple occasions into believing I was at fault for the idiocy of the doctors. They do NOT care about their patients whatsoever, they only care about money. I have had a scalpel dropped on my neck, nearly puncturing my skin and it was brushed off like nothing. Every experience with them was negative, to the point that I developed a slight phobia of going to the dentist. Never go here if you want a pleasant experience.

I want everyone to know how great my hygienist is at Sage dental. I have been using Beverly Valdes for at least eight years or more and she is one of the biggest reasons why I go to Sage dental. She is friendly, very personable and she is so soft with her hands. When I leave Sage dental after getting my teeth cleaned, I feel so refreshed. So much that I come every three months. I would 100% refer everyone I know to see her. Thank you beverly. You are the best 🦋

The hygienist was nice. However very disappointed. They did not do X-rays last year and even go I go very 4 months for a cleaning, I did not see the dentist. Today they said I have a large cavity, need a crown and possibly a root canal. It seems they are not on top of your care. It’s like they want you to get worse to charge more. No responsibility or care for their patients. We are all just a number.

Had the best experience on Monday. Went in for my Orthodontics appointment with Dr. Demos and there was no waiting and staff was super friendly. Jojo switch out the wire and bands on my braces. She was super nice, super personable, and got me in and out and I was very appreciated. Hope my next appointment is just as great. Thanks!!!

BE CAREFUL! They will try to take advantage of you and your insurance. I had been a loyal patient for over seven years and was happy with their service until this Sage Dental location changed ownership around 2023. The new management began systematically using aggressive sales tactics to push unnecessary procedures and products. They rely on fear-based persuasion—exaggerating potential issues if I refuse—instead of providing clear, fact-based recommendations. Today I went in for my second cleaning of the year. They handed me an "acceptance" form for a third cleaning even though my insurance only covers two per year. Staff confirmed their system was mistakenly showing I’d already had two, yet still pressured me to sign for a third. When I refused and asked questions, they cancelled my appointment and told me to leave and reschedule. Had I signed, either I or my insurance would have been billed. In more than seven years as a patient, I was never asked to sign for services I didn’t receive or to agree to unnecessary procedures. Now, every visit I feel pushed and pressured to sign and pay for things I don’t need. It’s clear their focus has shifted from patient care to sales and profit. Be cautious—double-check everything they ask you to sign and verify with your insurance before agreeing to any service.
