Simply amazing! The staff is great and super helpful, and they speak English and Spanish. They explain everything in detail and make sure you feel comfortable and never pressured into doing any procedures. I’ve been to multiple dentists who told me I needed several procedures and cavities filled, which turned out not to be true. When I come to Best Smile Cosmetic Dentistry, they take the time to reassure me about what I actually need rather than suggesting unnecessary treatments just to bill my insurance or charge me out of pocket. They also offer many forms of payment aids in case you have to pay out of pocket. I moved to another state, and I still travel back just to see Dr. Gonzales for all my dental procedures. Haven't found a sincere dental office that can compete with them! They are trustworthy and truly amazing. I highly recommend this place!

The best!! Drove all the way from GA to see them because of all the amazing things I had heard about Dr. Alfonzo. She was so kind, patient, and gentle. The entire staff was amazing, the front desk was so welcoming and sweet! They were all 100% worth the trip- I have found my dentist!

This dental office truly saved my husband’s life. He had been suffering from intense pain caused by his wisdom teeth for over a month. They were in a very complicated anatomical position — the lower ones were extremely close to the inferior alveolar nerve, posing a risk of paresthesia. Thankfully, thanks to Dr. Hernández and his expertise, my husband is now successfully operated on and recovering perfectly. The entire team was exceptional. From the front desk girls, who always treated us with kindness and warmth — even though I probably drove them a little crazy with all my questions, especially since my husband is hypertensive — to Fernanda, who was a tremendous help when it came to the payment process. Everything was clear from the beginning, which made the entire experience so much easier for us. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your help, empathy, and professionalism. You are 100% recommended!

I will never return to this office. I was not informed until I arrived for my appointment that they were unable to locate me through my dental insurance. The front desk employee then told me that if I wanted to keep my appointment, it would cost $100 out of pocket for my dental work. After the doctor saw me, she came back and said the total was actually $300. When I questioned this—because that was not what I was told initially—she explained that the $100 was for the doctor’s consultation and the additional $200 was for filing. Despite the lack of clear explanation from the beginning, I was still charged the $100. Had this been explained properly upfront, I would have waited until Monday to contact my dental insurance instead of proceeding.

Super great experience with Best Smile Pembroke Pines! My hygienist was so sweet and patient. She explained everything thoroughly and was super gentle. The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Ivan and Dr. G are the best!
