Phen Dental Office

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this dental office. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, and my concerns were not handled with care or respect. Customer service is just as important as clinical care, and unfortunately, this office fell short.

I have been a patient of Dr. Phen for at least 18 years. I live in Miami and travel only for her to work in my mouth. She is kind, patient, and absolutely thorough in her work. I highly recommend her as a dentist. I am in my Mid 60's and have a mouth full of my own teeth.

I have been coming here since they opened back in 2000 and my family comes here! This place is amazing! Always so accommodating and reassuring. They are top notch and will always make you feel as comfortable as possible. They work with you and have even helped out a friend when they needed to come in for an emergency within an hour! They truly are the best!!! Go give them a visit!!

From last year we are coming to this office, we never had a problem with Dr. Phen, she is excellent but we always have a problem with front desk lady who never listen her clients. She is giving one price on the phone or after checking up but after work done the price is always changing. And it’s not just one time, first, second even third time I just accepted, but today not. And she never gives chance to talk by saying just No, she never said that 🤦🏻‍♀️.

My wife and I have been patients of the practice for several years now and have always felt that we received the best care possible. Dr. Phen is top notch and so is her staff. Always polite, professional and caring too. Would like to recognized Dr. Phen and the dynamic office staff (Lilian, Maria & Clara). We would not consider going anywhere else for our dental need. R. I’ve had good experiences with Dr.Phen and her work has held up well through the years but her front office receptionist is the nastiest person I’ve ever had to interact with. In the past she made a huge fuss over providing me with a pretreatment estimate, which included a fake procedure code. She mistakenly canceled a previous appointment due to a mix up with my phone number and when I showed up she verbally fought me on it. I left for a few years hoping they would get new staff, nope. Today she told me she spoke to my insurance and that I needed a deep cleaning, which was not true, and which I verified with my insurance. Then when I asked for a regular cleaning, she told me they don’t do them, most likely because they’re fully covered by insurance and can’t up charge you for them. I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly rude and combative she is. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies and they have definitely had negative reviews removed because I’ve seen more than one in the past about this same receptionist and they are no longer on here.

The dentist & staff at Phen Dental are professional, knowledgeable, gentle, caring & amicable. Dr. Phen actually knows & remembers her patients. When my guys were away a school, she would frequently inquire about them when I went in for my cleanings. The dentist & staff always go above & beyond to make their patients comfortable & at ease. I had a tooth extracted almost years ago & Dr. Phen made it the most painless procedure. I did not even realize the tooth was removed, the process was so smooth Lol. My oldest son' mouth is a work of art thanks-a-bunches to Dr. Phen. I've referred several of my family members & friends to Phen Dental. They provide the best dental service with a smile.
