The office is very clean and well organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The dental team took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. The doctor was knowledgeable, gentle, and truly caring, which made a big difference. I highly recommend Dental Specialists of Pines to anyone looking for outstanding dental care and a team that genuinely puts their patients first.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Doctors/Dentist office. From the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist, everything was wonderful. Amazing customer service. They really made me feel so comfortable, and I appreciate that. I had a ROOT CANAL and I’m telling you 10/10 I def recommend Dental Specialist of Pines for your dental needs. She was very careful and precise while working on my root canal. They also have these super cool Roku glasses that allowed me to watch Amazon Prime while getting my procedure done. Amazing. I watched 2 shows, all while being worked on by the Dentist. Their expertise and professionalism and care they provided was second to none. Thank you for a great dental experience. Also, they take Care credit as a payment option, which made my life easier. Thank you very much to all the employees who made my day yesterday!!

I broke my front tooth and called in desperation for help, and the team immediately came through by finding me a next-day appointment. Adelaida was an incredibly patient and caring assistant, especially given the mandibular issues I have. Dr. Papir did an amazing job fixing my tooth—it looks like nothing ever happened. I’m so happy to have found such a compassionate and professional group. Highly recommend!

If you want to have a pleasant experience at the dentist which I know many of us either put off until we have a problem or have anxiety about going to the dentist you won’t feel like that anymore after visiting this dentist office. From the moment I walked in the receptionist Del and the other ladies at front desk greeted me right away and offered me coffee, which is in the waiting room and she even took the time to assist me with it. Within 10 minutes I was called in and greeted by the doctor, X-Ray tech and the hygienist. All of them worked together to resolve my issue and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed as they explained each and every detail whether it was while I was being x-rayed and when I was getting my deep cleaning, the hygienist always made sure I was comfortable and pain-free!! So sweet and the best part was the Roku glasses you can wear during the cleaning and watch your favorite show on Netflix or YouTube!! I was so comfortable in the chair watching a movie I almost feel asleep!😴 So if you want to have an enjoyable dental 🦷 visit I highly recommend you make an appointment here and there is never a wait time ! Which is great for me because we all have busy lives but also want clean healthy teeth !! Make that appointment asap and get your teeth cleaned and checked here !!

Loving this office! Everyone is so nice. Carolina and Michelle at the front desk are so welcoming and kind. The dental technicians are very understanding. I have very sensitive gums so going to the dentist is scary. I’ve had 2 visits this month, Adelaida and Gia were so helpful and comforting. My dentist was Jessica, and she also took great care of me. So grateful! Definitely recommend.

Very pleasant experience! Check-in was seamless and easy, wait time reasonable. Dr. Oliver was knowledgeable and his expertise very apparent. He and his staff were affable & professional. I would highly recommend him and his practice.
