Amazing all around! From the initial phone call with Alex who is so pleasant and helpful, to all of the kind staff members I encountered during my visit, I knew that I had found a new home in Aspen Dental. Alex walked me through the preliminaries and even wrapped up all of my billing inquiries at the end of my appointment with a smile. This team has a great leader in Dr. Golden!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The care was awesome! Everyone was friendly and professional. One staff member, Wilayah, really stood out — she was brutally honest, transparent, and made sure I understood everything. I really appreciate that and how well she treated me.

Excellent service and attitudes from the front desk (Alex) to all my attending hygienists and dentist (Brittany and Dr. Golden). My cleaning was an equally excellent experience (Briana) handled with genuine care and a beautiful smile. I love this team and the atmosphere they provide. I’d easily come back here for any and every dental service!

Aspen Dental offers exceptional customer service, and all the workers are incredibly friendly and professional. Today, I visited for a tooth extraction, and the entire process was smooth and painless. The pain levels during the operation were minimal, with a 1 on the pain scale. I truly appreciate their excellent service and can’t wait to continue visiting this location for other dental procedures. Thank you!

I went to my appointment and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Everything moved quickly until I reached the point where I needed to see the person who explains the treatment plan. The assistant who helped me seemed a bit nervous, possibly because she was new as she explained the reason for the wait. While I was waiting, I noticed quite a bit of laughter and conversation coming from the staff towards the back, and I was left waiting alone for a while. However, the hygienist was very professional and kind with my cleaning, as was the front desk staff member who explained my treatment plan clearly and doctor joining to explain the reason of my treatment and reassuring me.

From the moment I walked into this office, my experience was completely different from any other dental office I’ve been to. The front desk receptionist was warm and welcoming, and both Wila’yah and Briana provided exceptional, comforting care. Dr. Golden was outstanding—he explained everything to me step by step and made sure I had no unanswered questions.Also the gentleman who discuss the payment breakdown A+. I highly recommend this office; the care and professionalism are truly 10/10. Thank me later ☺️
