they cancelled the appointment i had set up without even bothering to give me a call beforehand to confirm it 😭 i called an hour after i got the cancellation and was told "we actually dont have any availability. call back in a few days." YOU CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT I HAD FOR SIX MONTHS! genuinely NEVER go here. besides that, i originally had to go here because of a cracked tooth and they let a student try to fix it - which is fine! she was sweet but just genuinely seemed under prepared. she eventually ended up getting one of the doctors to do my filling for me 💀 please dont go here. understaffed, overwhelmed, and just generally don't have enough time for the people theyre willing to take on.

Never had an issue with this place until today. First, they send a reminder text letting you know about your upcoming appointment which I was aware of since I add it to my calendar. They called me once to remind me of my appointment and left a voicemail. They called twice and said if I don’t call to confirm the appointment they will cancel it. I called while I was at work and was on hold for a long time and when they finally answered they said "Blackstone dental please hold" I was on hold for a while. Ok so now it’s the day of my appointment. My appointment was on 6/5/25 at 8:30am I walked in at 8:38am I was only 8 minutes late. When the lady at the front desk checked me in she said "your appointment was at 8:30 you’re 8 minutes late and the grace period is 5 minutes" I have never heard such a thing. They were able to keep me on hold for 8+ minutes but it’s an issue if I was 3 minutes past their grace period? This is ridiculous I have waited months for this appointment and it seems like they’re just looking for ever reason to cancel someone’s appointment. If you don’t call your appointment is canceled and if your more then 5 minutes late you can’t be seen. I have never heard of being 5 minutes late. I can understand if I was 10+ minutes after the grace period but I was only 3 minutes past the grace period. This really sucks and I am very angry with my experience!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. I had an appointment confirmed in advance and even left work early to ensure I arrived on time, as they only allow a 5-minute grace period. However, just 15 minutes before my appointment, I received a call informing me that my appointment was canceled due to a double booking. Apparently, the other patient confirmed with the medical office, so their appointment wasn’t visible on their end. I requested to speak with the manager to explain how I had rearranged my entire schedule to make this appointment and took time off work, but I was met with a lack of empathy or willingness to accommodate. The response I got was essentially 'oh well.' It's extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to treat patients this way, especially after they’ve done everything on their end to show up on time. Respect for time should go both ways, but it’s clear that isn’t the case here.

Horrible services, call for a confirmation appointment, when you arrive the date of the appointment they are checking you and after 1 hour wait they called you to the desk and said the appointment was moved to late. Also trying to make you think you make a mistake on the time and date. Horrible... Make people waste the time and the work day.

If I was able to give 0 stars,I would in a heartbeat. I've been wanting to go there for the longest time,because the facility is handicapped accessible (I use a rollator due to balance and mobility problems when walking). The original dentist I went to isn't handicap accessible for me now. Every time I call this facility,I get told to call back the following month. I haven't had a cleaning in about 2-3 years,due to this fact. And this facility is closer to my home,too. Just want to get back into getting my teeth cleaned again on a regular basis as before.

Totally disappointed, they called me to cancel my appointment 1 month before because the dental assistant would be absent. My appointment was made six months before being canceled by the office staff. They tell me that I have to call every time I can for a new appointment because the agenda is full. It makes me very angry because they were the ones who canceled my appointment, it's very annoying that they can't replace it with a new date when they cancel. It's almost 9 months without a dental cleaning, because of the office. And the worst thing is that they dare to say that I cancel the appointment, it is not true. It makes me think about what I had already heard from other patients who cancel their appointment to later favor other favorite patients.
